I recently visited a bar that caught my attention with its appealing aesthetic and mouthwatering food. I decided to try a jalapeño margarita, and it did not disappoint. The blend of flavors, with a hint of spice, was just right. Alongside my drink, I ordered chicken tacos that were absolutely delicious and left me thoroughly satisfied. The combination of flavorful food and an inviting atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. Love love love! This place has great drinks and great staff! Unfortunately the kitchen had closed when I went to visit but the bartender suggested other great places in the area for food. I tried the mojitos while my partner went for the jalapeño margarita. Both were great! Music was nice and the bartender was attentive .

I want you to close your eyes and picture a place with a cozy ambiance, friendly staff, a great selection of food, and a variety of agave-based spirits. Open your eyes, you have just stepped inside Tampico Tequila Bar. The drinks are delicious, and the food matches the vibe. Tampico is a go-to place to hang out or in my case, host my grandmother’s 98th Birthday. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful celebration thanks to the staff at Tampico. The service was outstanding! Aura, Irma, and Joe went above and beyond to take care of the Birthday Girl. Thank you again for helping us celebrate a special day.

Hidden gem. Great food... Great tequila selection... Polite and attentive crew running the place. Was open for world cup and we enjoyed the experience. Looks like they get pretty busy at night so, check it out. Recommend 100%

Had drinks here before a show at the Bowery Ballroom—bar tender is fabulous and the drinks are the perfect balance of strong without knocking you off your feet. Had a Moscow mule inspired cocktail with ginger ale instead of ginger beer. Would definitely recommend! Also loved that your receipt comes with a tarot card!

I hosted a private party here and it was 10/10. I first heard about the place when I was a guest at another private party which went super well! They put 'reserved' signs with my name at our bar area which was a helpful touch and made it easy for all my guests to find their way. The DJ was awesome and so sweet to take requests, and the bartender was lovely, efficient, and super attentive. I really appreciated how she named a signature cocktail on the spot to match the party theme. The food was absolutely delicious, and I’m so glad we could order late into the night. The aesthetics were beautiful too - great party lighting, art, cleanliness. Thank you for storing my cake and handling the clean-up as well. It was an all-around awesome experience, and all of my guests had a great time!

Really enjoyed this place. I loved the interior design. I sat at the back on the cushioned seats. They were so comfy and the whole vibe was great. They also have a nice outdoor area. I didn’t try the food, just the fries and they are okay. Not salty enough, but that’s my preference. The drinks were great! I got the coconut mojito, my friend got tamploma and we both liked our drinks
