A cozy japanese restaurant with amazing sushi. The fish quality is perfect, the food melts in your mouth and the staff is super friendly.

Totally worth it. Highly recommend. I went there alone on a Wednesday evening when it’s not quite busy. When I miss teriyaki and salmon with rice, I always look for Japanese food. At first I ordered three dishes as shown below. Sunomono is a surprise as an appetizer, sour and sweet mixed very well and ingredients were very refreshing. Teriyaki was classic and I enjoyed all three dishes so much that I further ordered a Yasai tempura to fulfill my appetite. Then I got a Maki maison from the chef for free, as in the last picture, so in total I finished five dishes on my own in two hours. Usually I don’t eat that much, but have to say the food was really delicious and I was starving that night. Great taste, welcoming service and nice atmosphere.

It is an authentic Japanese restaurant run by Japanese people in Paris. It comes with a salad, soup, and dessert, which is just as good as the main dish. I ate sashimi. Fresh sashimi came out. Sushi was also delicious. It's a pity that the quantity is less cinsidering the price. The sashimi is also thin. I wear shoes, but I like the interior of the restaurant because it has a traditional Japanese room design.

local joint, japanese Master and japanese standards. the miso soup was rich and tasty. sushi was of good quality and abundant (not much fish variety in it as its mainly but not exclusively tuna and salmon but very well done), nice wasabi too accompanying the set. just the ikura was too salty and not so popping when bitten. chicken misoyaki stimola delicious kind and attentive service. fair bill.

Imo the best Sushi restaurant in all of Paris! Can’t wait to eat there again

I went back after 20 years and it’s still as incredibly delicious as it was when it opened. I recommend it to anyone who wants to know what sushi can taste like when it’s made so expertly. Don’t be fooled by the dark and modest interiors the food is exceptional.

Had the sushi chef's choice and it was outstanding. More on the classic style of sushi without the bastardized roles that America has produced. Its a very small restaurant but very intimate and well decorated. Also ordered miso and it was a proper miso soup with a restaurant made stock and had some shitake mushrooms. My wife ordered some kappa maki and veggie tempura, both were done nicely as well. We had fresh fruit salad for dessert which consisted of kiwi, apples, pineapple and oranges. It was dressed with rosewater which give it a nice floral after taste.
