Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay! It's located very very near to Kg Bharu, only 100m walking distance approx. Booked Junior Suite solely for the view experience. Got KL tower and TRX view, KLCC view need to look abit to the left. Requested for birthday deco for my husb and received a complimentary slice of cake! Breakfast buffet was nice, a lot of malay dished like nasi lemak, nasi kerabu, roti canai...the pool view is stunning! The cleanliness is ok except for bathtub, maybe hsekeeping can rinse the bathtub more bcs still got dirt and strand of hair. Other than that, it was a satisfying staycation!

I stayed with my husband and 2 young daughters. We booked a junior suite room.Pro's - The location is near to many eateries. The eateries are accessible by foot.- Masjid is also accessible by foot.-The room is equipped with a mini bar, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toiletries and a bath tub.- The city view is nice.We can appreciate the Petronas Twin Tower and Menara KL from our room.- The breakfast is variety and palatable.- Multilevel parking available Cons- The parking is narrow. Need to be mindful of cars parked on the side.- Need to improve on the cleanliness. Strand of hairs found below the sink when we checked in.- The room is not properly soundproof.Overall, for the price we paid,it was a pleasant stay and definitely we will come back next time -

Smooth check in and check out. Doesn't take so long. Front desk staff are really helpful in fulfilling my request since I booked 2 rooms, I request side by side rooms with KLCC views. I bring my MIL & SIL together and they're so happy with the room. Breakfast is ok, a variety of food. Mee kari is awesome we love that. The pool was also nice my girl kept asking to go there. Only my MIL toilet room cannot close properly. Parking also free just validate at the front desk before going out. Overall satisfied

Pro: Location-wise, if you book the right room you will have a great view of city Cons: 1. Terrible staff, the room was barely cleaned. Initially, none of the sockets were working. 2. The food tastes horrible with very limited options. The kitchen staff were very rude in terms of hospitality. 3. Swimming pool will always be full with kids so do not book it to enjoy a good time there. 4. The guests here are majorly the locals and you will not find many foreigners, so when you will go around the hotel you will see people giving uncomfortable gazes. 5. The reception staff during the day has a very poor attitude to international guests. 6. Bathroom amenities were not provided, even after requesting. 7. We kept asking for water bottles but never received them. It was my worst experience out of all trips I have been to. Avoid this hotel.

I would rate this hotel more like a 3 star than that of a 4 star. The room is a little dated, the curtains were stained and chipped doors etc. It really needs to be updated. Thin walls, could hear everything in the hall and rooms next door. Swimming pool was feral with kids everywhere. The breakfast room is standclear in the morning, adults and children everywhere. Not near enough tables to accommodate everyone. We ended up taking our breakfast plates back to our room. The breakfast is average. As a western woman, I felt uncomfortable. I was gazed at a lot by presumably locals which seemed like the entire hotel was booked out with locals. Overall I wouldn’t return, not worth the money at all. Pay slightly more for a far better service in the inner city nearby the pavilion.

Location is great because nearby Kg Bharu. A lot of varities food & nearby mosque too. Nice view from window. Facing Twin Tower. However, the room is in bad condition. stain on the floor, housekeeper didn’t clean or dry of the wet floor in bathroom & let it flooded. may uneven flooring. iron surface was dirty too. need to ask them to change.

Staying there for a working weekend. Room is big, got separate living & bedroom for my stay. However there's a dead cockroach that was not cleared even after room cleaners came in. Food was good, the cafe where breakfast buffet was held, had a great view of the city. Didn't try any of the amenities there as the pool was packed but there's a lot things to do within walking distance like visiting Kampung Baru & food stalls around it. Train station within walking distance too.

The hotel was in a great location. We were able to walk to lots of attractions. The hotel pool was fabulous. My friend and I would suggest that it is more clearly advertised that it is a Muslim friendly hotel and that there is no alcohol served at the hotel. Other than that, would recommend!
