We are very disappointed with our recent stay at your hotel. We booked our room five months in advance for 6 adults, yet upon check-in at 8pm, we were given a room with 2 queen beds and 1 single bed, which clearly accommodates only 5 adults. When we called the reception, we were told all rooms were fully booked and no other option was available. The only solution provided was to add an extra bed for 1 person. This is unacceptable for a confirmed booking of 6 adults — a proper room should have been guaranteed.
In addition to this, we encountered multiple issues during our stay:
1. Slow water pressure – very inconvenient and not acceptable for a hotel of your supposed standard.
2. Housekeeping service – we specifically requested for rubbish to be cleared, but upon returning, the rubbish was left on the floor without even replacing a new plastic bag. This shows a serious lack of proper housekeeping and professionalism.
3. Breakfast service – the breakfast provided was far too simple, with very limited variety and no proper options. This is disappointing and does not reflect the quality expected from your hotel.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and falls far below the expectations we had when booking your hotel. We request a clear explanation and immediate corrective action regarding these issues.
