Tandjung Sari Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay here, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the beach was stunning. The restaurant was also wonderful, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay, and we want to give a special shout-out to Ayu for making everything feel extra warm and welcoming. Overall, this was our favourite stay in Bali, and possibly our favourite stay ever. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Exceptional Stay!||Everything about our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The people, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were so lovely and genuinely authentic — they made us feel truly welcome.||The location couldn’t be better — right on the beach, with stunning views, and just a short stroll to the local shops. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.||We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!

Simply divine! Loved everything about our stay. Old world class in every way. Really appreciated the complementary additional bed set up for the two story bungalow. So many gorgeous details in the room and around. Pool can get crowded if families. Beach area is gorgeous esp in evenings.

We began our 17 night Bali holiday with 3 nights at The Tandjung Sari. What a way to start! We'd stayed here once before and it was a great experience. This time, perhaps it was even better. They get everything right. Beautiful spacious comfortable accommodation, kind and gracious service from every single member of staff, wonderful food and drinks, all wrapped up in a true piece of old traditional Bali. It was truly hard to leave and we can't wait to return.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in! By far the best hotel in Sanur. So much thought and care has gone into every part of the hotel making it a really special and unique place to stay. The customer service is excellent and every single member of staff was warm and welcoming. A special shout out to Ayu who went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend.

You really are made to feel part of the Tandjung Sari Family when you stay here, whether for a couple of nights or longer. Having stayed in Bali a number of times before but never have been sufficiently organised to reserve accommodation at Tandjung Sari (book well in advance), we decided on an 18 night stay simply to relax and unwind. Genuine Balinese culture, hospitality, service and cuisine combine to give guests a truly memorable experience.||Nothing is too much trouble and every effort is made to meet your personal needs. For example, my wife has a spinal/walking difficulty and cushions were provided for her almost before we reached the table! I cannot praise the team enough including the beach bed/towel guys, restaurant and bar team, house keeping and front of house: not forgetting the gardeners who create an exotic experience both in the public areas and the private gardens enjoyed by each property.||Take your meals on the beach, on the terrace by the pool, in the roofed but opened sided restaurant or even in your room, the choice is yours and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I booked the Tandjung Sari because I wanted a small, traditional-style property that offered a restaurant, gym & yoga and was on the beach ~ this ticked all the boxes and then some! We had a lovely Village Bungalow away from the road with a gorgeous outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower. The Bungalow is roomy with plenty of closet space, big bathroom area, small fridge and decent lighting (many traditional places we stayed at didn't have enough lights). |Breakfast at the restaurant was really good - especially their strong coffee! and the staff were always pleasant and efficient.|I really enjoyed having the open-air yoga available (M, W, F) and the gym was modern and quite good.|Overall, a great spot that I would come back to again.

We stayed here during our summer family vacation.This hotel, as they themselves describe it as handmade, is built with natural materials. It felt as if we were staying at a friend’s second home.Overall, there was a sense of story, making it an artistic and inspiring experience.Despite its age, the interior was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, the first floor of the two-story villa we stayed in had no windows looking outside, which created a somewhat closed-in feeling.The beach was beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere of the restaurant after sunset was very romantic.One thing that did not meet my expectations was that the female staff at the reception and restaurant were not very friendly. Their lack of smiles gave us a sense of discomfort. In contrast, the male staff were warm, smiling, and attentive. I wonder why the female staff seemed rather unfriendly.
