Marlin the Bartender … THANK You for encouraging us to come in! Initially for 3 for $10 belize rum and cokes… Then we had Chicken Natchos- They were Good! . Stew chicken/ rice and beans meal is phenomenal! SO flavourful and the perfect amount of spice! Sit in the window seat and enjoy! Enjoyed Music, food and Value. Edit- So we went back a night later- and had butter chicken and chicken soup. I am 100% impressed with the BEST butter chicken we have ever had! And we come from a foodie city! Perfect spice, fresh tasting herbs! I wish I could have this in Victoria British Columbia Canada! Also-I love how community based and friendly all the locals are everyone so friendly and saying hello as they enter. This restaurant/bar feels welcoming because Marlins personality is authentically honest and welcoming. Thanks again!

I am a huge fan of different seafood. Best one yet i had was a local fish in Malta, Gozo. To this moment. Yes, this place have a lot of locals, which seems sometimes very questionable, but this was from different universe. I believe the chef s name was Chris, he was preparing it for a longer time, but he warned us before it will také more time to do it properly. Also Marlo, the waiter was extremely helpful. Bit he didnt do it properly, he made it spectacular!

Don't go there. There was a lot of locals hanging out but not eating, only smoking, and there were a couple of extra drunk guys. My husband ordered chicken curry and the chicken on the curry had bones, nerves, and cartilage. It was disgusting. The rice and beans was dried and not really warm. I ordered the whole fish and it was small. Fish was ok. The atmosphere was awful. Waitress was nice but didn't know to much about the menu.

Terrible service. Waited literal hours for food with 30 mins passing between interactions. When the food finally did arrive it came without cutlery and napkins and despite asking, we had to go retrieve it ourselves. Space was filthy and disgusting. No soap in the washroom. Toilet didn’t work. Food was gross and service was the worse I ever had. Didn’t even receive everything we ordered. I cannot express enough how terrible this place is. I’d give this 0 stars if that were an option. Avoid.

They have expensive prices for what you are getting, and I have been to much better Indian places. Very loud, and difficult to enjoy conversing with people as you're eating. Chaotic energy. Overall, many things that I noticed here that suggested to me that it is not a well-run business. That will eventually transfer over to the food not being done right, so the food was enjoyable though, but not worth the risk of coming back.

The place was empty on the evening that I was there. Just me and some drunk/stoned (possibly both) guy who sat next to me and pestered me to buy him a beer. Beer is pretty cheap so I did, but then I had a ‘friend’ for the night. The food was quick but nothing special. The music was super-loud, I could barely hear what my new friend was saying.

We had a fine time. We were looking to watch an NBA playoff game. Which they let us change the channel to. Service was solid. We just split nachos and had a couple drinks they were okay nothing remarkable.

Interesting place. Took 45 minutes for two poppadoms to come out (only 1 other customer here!) The food was tasty, but overall service was really slow and I'm sure not the waitress knew what Indian food was. We had to point at the menu and when we asked where the poppadoms were, we were told they weren't ready (something that takes 20 seconds). Overall, enjoyed the food, but the atmosphere wasn't great and the service was very slow.
