Tandoor Indian Restaurant

Tandoor is one of the first Indian restaurants in Saigon, and it’s still going strong for a reason. The food is excellent, but what impressed me most was the service and the thoughtful setup of the space. Thanks to the good ventilation, I left after a full meal without any lingering food smell on my clothes or hair.

From Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 I had a wonderful dining experience at Tandoor Indian Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — the Chicken 65 was perfectly spiced and crispy, the Chicken Biryani was rich in flavor and very satisfying, and the Chicken Tikka Masala was creamy, well-balanced, and cooked to perfection. The butter naan was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that I was charged extra for the butter naan, which felt a bit more than expected. However, the overall quality of the food and the experience easily made up for it. What truly stood out was the staff member who assisted us — extremely polite, welcoming, and professional. His kindness and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable and left a great impression. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and flavorful Indian food. I will definitely visit again.

Fantastic dinner experience! This is easily the most authentic Indian restaurant in town. The food is truly uniquely impressive and tasty. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making the whole evening enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Delicious food!!!🎉 was a bit skeptical about the portion but it was actually big. The staff was friendly and would recommend an appropriate portion for your party size, which was so lovely of them

We had such a good dining experience. The food, service and atmosphere felt so luxurious, the best and most authentic Indian food we’ve had in HCMC. A wet hand towel was provided. Clean, hygienic and hospitable. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try Indian food. Trilochan was very helpful in explaining the dishes.

Best indian food I have honestly ever had in a foreign country. The quality and taste of the food, the quality of the service and the staff, everything was amazing from start to end. And to finish, the architecture, the aesthetic of the place was really super nice. 10/10

An Indian restaurant with quite authentic flavors. The hot, soft, and buttery Naan bread is a highlight. The curry dishes are rich and flavorful, with distinct spices but not overpowering. The space is cozy with Indian-style decor, suitable for dinner or small groups. Friendly staff

Absolutely enjoyed the food here! The veg samosa was crispy yet soft inside and really delicious. The chicken tikka was perfectly tender, and the masala tea had a nice ginger kick—just a little sweet for me, but overall a great meal. We couldn’t finish our dishes, so we asked for takeaway. The only downside was that the extra biryani rice we ordered took quite a long time to arrive.
