A very Instagram friendly jewelry store, they have products similar to Tiffany/ Pandora. Good service and brilliant products, will be back for more Mexican made souvenirs.

Very mixed feelings, unfortunately. After I’d chosen the jewellery and paid for it, the cashier informed me that the sales advisor made a mistake and I have to pay additional 150 pesos. And she handed me the card terminal with the amount of 1500 pesos!!! Completely unacceptable situation in a store with such a reputation. The design is nice, though, quite classy. Some of the staff speak English.

I love this fine silver designer TANE. The entire collection is so beautiful... it's my second trip to this unique jewelry store in Mexico since 1942. I fell in love with this beautiful ring the moment I walked in the door. TANE Mi Amor

We went on a Monday, loved a ring, they didn't have on the size we needed so they "put in an order" (Jesus, and the older lady who has short hair). They told us it would be ready by Thursday and they would call us. No call. We called to check up on it after we didn't hear back, the person had no idea of our order and said that they would check and we would get a call. We were around the area on Saturday again and decided to check again, since we really liked the ring. The guy who attended us blamed it on Jesus, the lady with the short hair did not recall and told us that the they looked on their system and the ring would arrive in an hr, they took our number AGAIN, and we left. When they called, they told us that the ring arrived but it was defective? And felt uncomfortable selling it that way, lol, ok. So we pretty much wasted our time to this store that apparently would be quality in every aspect.
