😊: Excellent location and good staff service. 😢: The hotel room items were not in their best condition..

This hotel is in a central location with a three minute walk to both sides of the peninsula and a two minute walk to the bus terminal. It is also next door to the cinema. The family is very friendly and helpful.||||The downside to the hotel is price for the quality of the rooms. The hotel either needs a renovation or needs to lower the price. The rooms are dingy, have a musty odor, and are dark. ||||With the location and the quality of service, updating the rooms would make this an excellent place to stay. I would recommend this hotel only if there were no better rooms available in town.

The hotel is located on the heart of Punta Del Este, close to Conrad Cassino, Ovo Beach Club, stores and close to Playa Mansa where are the best bars to have a Uruguay beer and walk with a tradicional mate (tea drunk on a mug with a metallic straw) with is great! ||||Staff is very friendly, rooms are ok due the age of the hotel, breakfast was good and heated pool was a plus!

Great location for staying in Punta del Este on a budget. A few yards from beaches and restaurants, with a roof terrace for relaxing. However the hotel itself is very dated and the rooms seriously need upgrading - paint peeling from the walls etc. WiFi is terrible and only works in the lobby. Overall it is okay considering the cost of staying elsewhere in Punta del Este, but don't expect luxury.

Well service and comfortable. Terrace with excelent view to La Mansa and La Brava. Swimming pool hot and open air . Gim and Lobby with bar . Excelent American breakfast . Excelente atencion y servicio. Muy atentos a todos los pedidos. Desayuno super completo!!

Watch out in this hotel, they put the price based only on your looks!||||If you call to make a reservation for a few days they will just tell you they don't have rooms available or that the minimum stay is 6 nights (although they advertise 3 nights packages on magazines, etc) You will need to tell them you have the advertisement in your hand to make them understand that you know they are lying, and only then they will offer you the 3 nights package but in the "only room available" which obviously happens to be the most expensive in the hotel.||||If you are from South America then expect to "never find a room" ...oh...yes, maybe the overvalued and most expensive one. And if you are from Europe or North America...just watch out for overpricing. If you decide to stay at this hotel try to go with a local friend who knows the tricks and will dissuade them for charging you more based on you "country of residence"||||I will never go back to the hotel.

Location is great and people who work there are really nice. However, the hotel is old, kind of smells and rooms are tiny
