Great space for Events....we've just held our Australian Watercolour Muster Biennale 2025 Workshops in Tank 3 and have to say thanks to the Team from The Tanks Arts Centre for their support and help!! Artists from all over the world enjoyed the workshops.. the vibe and amazing opportunities to network and share inspiration...bring on 2027 😅

A nice place to go for a walk. The idea of how to use the tanks nowadays is pretty amazing. It gives a nice atmosphere! Also the surrounding area is quite cool. I recommend combining it with a walk through the botanic gardens which are just fantastic.

I’ve attended a few live music events in Tank 5, and they were absolutely amazing—couldn’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere is always vibrant and welcoming, and even when I attend solo, I never feel out of place. I’ve also visited a couple of art gallery events in Tank 4, which I really enjoyed, especially when they showcase local artists and artwork inspired by the natural beauty of the region.
