The lady on the upper floor made us feel like shop-lifters. She followed us around, silently speaking to herself, visibly bothered by our presence. I couldn't even look at the products, I felt so uncomfortable. The shop was empty, just many members of staff. I wouldn't go here.

We were there during a bad typhoon . We went to the shop for some bed linen but the when we were there the storm was too heavy . We call for the grab but no grab was available because of the storm but the owner offered us a ride back to hotel in their car. It was nice of them.

Made to feel like a shoplifter and staff constantly directed us to the stairs or exit to leave. Why do they treat customers so rudely? They believe they are above the people who try and give them custom. Bad attitude, do not visit. I was also surprised to see the quality of the prints on some clothing was atrocious. Who wants to pay for a dress with pixelated prints 🤢

Amazing shop. Really huge inside , here you can find a lot of different kind of clothes, accessories,jewelry,books and even painting and sculpture! All 100% Made in Vietnam high quality products! And if you are thirsty...there is also a small nice café inside the shop! Always a great place.

Beautiful & large handicraft shop with a wide variety of high quality products: lacquer, silk, hom decor stuffs. Price is higher than before. Nice service. They also have a small in-house cafe, which is pretty convenient for waiting customers. Highly recommended.

I arrived early when the store was not open yet ( at Hang Trong). I parked on the side of the road in front of the store, about 0.5m longer than the queue, the entrance was still small. I agree that parking longer than the queue is our fault. And as a tourist, I do not understand the rules. When you park in front of the door, you will have to pay 25k/1 hour. An old man and an woman came out in front of the store and shouted loudly. As a famous store, his attitude was terrible. Instead of pointing out the mistake for others to fix, he made noise, cursed, threatened and spoke uncivilly. It was a bad experience for me when coming to this neighborhood and this store.
