I recently visited a restaurant with three friends, with high expectations due to the restaurant's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, particularly regarding the main dish: the beef steak.
First, I would like to highlight that we ordered a variety of starters, which were all fine and had no major issues. However, the problems started with the main courses. One of the orders was pasta, which, although flavorful, was not cooked enough – almost raw. Despite this, it was still edible.
My beef steak, on the other hand, was a disaster. It had an extremely unpleasant odor, so strong that no one else at the table wanted to try it. While it may not have been the best idea to order meat in a restaurant specializing in seafood, I believe a restaurant of this level should maintain a certain standard of quality in all the dishes it serves. The situation with the steak was unacceptable, not only was it inedible, but I also experienced stomach issues for two days afterward.
As for the service, it was impeccable. All the waitresses who served us were friendly, professional, and competent. However, the excellent service cannot make up for the serious problem with the quality of the food.
