Everything was very good exept the vegetarian options at the buffet were veryyyy bad! No protein for vegis

I am a big fan of architecture and design and this hotel delights me to no end. I appreciate each detail so much. Just staying in the room, going to the spa, and eating in the restaurant give me so much joy, I look forward to coming again. Every detail is perfect, the staff is nice, the food delicious, and I get to relax in beautiful surroundings. My favorite hotel! Thank you for the thoughtful design. Even just waiting for the elevator gives me pleasure. The stark, minimal contrast of the finishes is perfect. The spa: the color of the pool tile is my favorite. The design to the railing is perfect. The indoor pool is gorgeous, the chill area is gorgeous, just everything is. The lighting in the saunas. Every detail is perfect. As I said, it delights me to no end and I look forward to coming again.

Beautiful blend of wooden traditional with modern architecture throughout the common areas. Spacious, reasonably well equipped gym. Quite small rooms, small blankets, small selection of bathroom products. Great place for tennis and sauna/SPA enthusiasts who also like to eat copious amounts of buffet food. Expensive if you don’t take advantage of saunas, buffets or tennis.

Very nice wellness and sports hotel close to the mountains. It's located in a pretty area on the countryside. Facilities are spacious and varied, staff was very friendly, helpful, service quick. Rooms had lots of space, were clean and tidy. Only the bathroom seemed a bit older than the rest of the hotel. Food of the restaurant and breakfast were both high quality.

We spent two nights during our tennis and spa holiday in this hotel. The overall experience was nice. We enjoyed spending time in the modern spa area as well as the (indoor) tennis courts. In general, the buildings are beautifully designed and there is plenty you can see and do. The food was good and the buffet restaurant provided a wide range of delicious foods and snacks.||||However, we wouldn't come back for another stay for various reasons. The staff in the lobby was not very friendly, the bed was uncomfortable and the whole package is quite pricy for what you get.

Fantastic spa hotel that I visited on a short business trip to Germany. Very nice staff who were very attentive. The interior is gloriously furnished with warm wood paneling filling the entire space - it was a great experience for myself who has a knack for interior design. The food from the restaurants was lovely - very much recommend the meat on offer. Breakfast was very well presented with a big focus on sanitisation (in response to COVID requirements). No real complaints!

We had a wonderful week in the Tannenhof playing 2hrs+ per day tennis. The tennis-infrastructure is perfect. In case it rains there is a hall with four courts. We also did cycling; MTBs are available for free rental, wonderful area to cycle. The area offers much to do walking, hiking and running. In the afternoon, the modern and spacious spa as well as the massage offers helped us to recover. The wellness area is remarkable big and modern. There is a nice gym as well. We had a double room in the Sternenvilla and were happy with the room. Excellent food, nice and modern atmosphere, clean, spacious, friendly staff - we had nothing to complain. The included "Jause" - a small lunch buffet - is a nice touch for active people. The outdoor pool was still under construction, but that should be done by now. It looked like it will be very nice. The bar offered a nice relaxed atmosphere; the other guests were friendly too and we enjoyed some good time. The hotel does not take credit cards which is a bit weird. Highly recommended for an active holiday.
