Reasonably acceptable furnished apartments, good location, but there are several significant drawbacks that everyone considering staying here should be aware of. Tannhaus itself is an integral part of the Neon Wood student dormitory. During the booking process, you won't come across the fact that you will be living among young and noisy students who freely make noise under your windows until 3-4 in the morning. You will encounter this later. The international crowd is very loud and disregards the comfort of others. Tenants often leave trash in the corridors, and the administration does nothing about it. The same goes for noisy neighbors. "Nobody cares" is the main motto of this space.

Everything is good here, except how you sleep. And sleeping is personnaly a big deal. The sheets are WAY too small for the bed (and it's apparently the case for every appartment as I asked the reception), I ain't the first to complain. The bed is literally absorbing you and the textile of the bed and sheets makes you sweat a lot. Not very comfortable to sleep. My girlfriend will come for a weekend I have no idea how we gonna sleep. That's the only problem of this appartment to be honest, but I still post that comment so the owner may react. Why would you buy a bed for 2 people and gives sheet for one... I have a lot of work + night work and I can't sleep well so I guess it should be pointed. Great neighborhood, clean appartments, friendly people at the reception and good entertainments on ground floor.

Beautiful, spacious, furnished apartment with amazing features: dishwasher, bathtub, 180x200 bed, big, wide TV, couch, wooden floor, and all the necessary household accessories. Location is perfect, easy access to U5, which is a 13-minute ride to Central Station, and M10, which also goes towards Warschauer Str, like 6 min, where the East Side Mall is for groceries. Neighbours are very kind, and bigger rooms handle noise better, so it's definitely a reason to choose TANNHAUS. Laundry is a bit far because it is located in another building, and it is also not free, but it is a decent overall system. The gym is included in the price, which is also cool. The 6th-floor corridor has an amazing sunset view or night view towards Berlin's TV tower, which is actually romantic. In the end the price for this worths.
