Tanoa Plaza Hotel

Terrible room service. Had to ask almost daily for my room to be serviced. It seems the work is done at the whims of the workers. And when they do the work it's half done. I had to complain to get the mugs on the room to be properly cleaned. And the breakfast every morning is just some soggy baked beans and few other items. The same every day. Would never stay there again!

The staff at the Tanoa Plaza are so lovely and helpful. Stayed here for two weeks for work and they made extra effort to help me with whatever I needed. Really appreciated everything!

Terrible service. 2pm checkin. Was promised ab early checkin because at 9 reception told me the room is free just need serviced. Room wasn't ready till 3pm.

Very poor room service, they took the used towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. you have to ask them several times before you finally get what you need: a pilled bath towel. The laundry service was also poor and the washed clothes smelled terrible. Doesn’t deserve the high prices they charged.

We spent 2 nights and it was really good. Everything is closed to the hotel. 2 to 5$ taxi if you don’t want to walk in the sun and to any place in the city center. Some of the rooms have a sea view which was really appreciable. Really cosy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful also. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Its a locally owned Hotel chains that got Hotels all over Fiji and the Pacific. It's a multi story building with a beautiful rooms and views. Its got ample parking spaces and the rooms are of reasonable rates. It got a nice restaurant and located in the heart of Suva City. I highly recommend it for a hotel to stay in if you in town.

spent a very pleasant 3 nights, mid Nov, not too busy. very friendly n accommodating staff, free full breakfast, beautiful view of Suva from our 6th floor room. Nice clean spacious room, comfortbale bed..conveniently located with 5min walk to downtown, large parking.

I really loved my stay at the Tanoa Plaza on my last visit to Suva in August 2023. I stayed for 13 nights. Was upgraded to Executive Suite upon arrival. I am so over whelmed by the hospitality I got from the staff, they were all so friendly and kind and very supportive. The food was excellent as well. Just want to thank each and everyone at Tanoa Plaza Suva for making my stay so welcoming. Certainly going back next year.
