Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel

The staff were lovely and the room was spacious. Breakfast was omelettes with fresh fruit, toast and … lukewarm runny porridge with no toppings! Dinner was tasty and there was a good range of options.||The bed was made very strangely with a duvet inner then a sheet on top, so we had to sleep right next to the duvet inner that everyone else had been using. The shower curtain was about 30cm too long, so you were constantly tripping over it.

Tanoa Rakiraki Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The pool is great for relaxing, and the views are beautiful. There's plenty of space around the hotel, and the playground is perfect for kids. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to start your day. Everything about this hotel is top-notch!

Exceptional customer service and excellent experience for our family! We booked the hotel for my mums birthday (3 rooms) and requested for something special in the room for mum, the staff decorated the whole room, mum was surprised & happy! Birthday celebrations was very special as the staff decorated the dinning area and went above & beyond to bring cake & sang for my mum. It was a very amazing and we definitely recommend a stay with special touches from Tanoa Rakiraki staff ❤️…we are coming back for sure for a longer stay to enjoy the hospitality and warm gestures 🙂

Last week we joined family and friends to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday party in this lovely location. I was very impressed with Avinesh the manager and his awesome team! They were very accommodating, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Their service was top notch and very professional. The Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the quiet location was peaceful and I enjoyed the wonderful weekend. Kudos to the staff led by their amazing Manager. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The surroundings are magnificent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Their warm greetings instantly immerse you in the vibrant Bula spirit. The meal was delightful, showcasing delicious local cuisine. I highly recommend this place for a family stay or a team retreat

Recently hosted an event in collaboration with the hotel. Avinesh and his diligent team were extremely accommodating from the planning, the set up and delectable menu. Their service was impeccable! The event was a success because of the management and staff, they were very interactive with the guests and were so friendly while doing their tasks. I definitely will be going back and so highly recommend this establishment for a stay or events. Avinesh & his team are the best! |The rooms were clean, kuddos to the housekeepers! I recently attended a 50th birthday party and it was a memorable weekend for all. My room was clean and comfortable. The management and staff were amazing; they made us feel at home with their wonderful family spirit, great service and attention to detail.
