Helpful, happy and friendly staff who were there to greet us when we arrived on the complimentary shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very good air-conditioning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings throughout the whole place. Good breakfast provided and the dinner menu had a good selection and we enjoyed our meals. The restaurant staff were excellent. Happy, cheerful, and quick service. The pool was clean with plenty of areas to sit and relax or have a refreshing swim. The front desk were happy to call a taxi if needed.

Debra- had provided excellent services. Her approach was very humble. The morning breakfast was great. The room cleaning services was wonderful. I had a wonderful stay at Tanoa and will be willing to come her again for a vacation and will surely recommend Tanoa to my colleagues and families.

The staff at front desk were very friendly, Viliame helped us to take our bags to the room, Abendego and his fellow chef made the fantastic dinner, the spicy chicken 🐔 pizza was the best and tastiest one that I have had in many years.. 5 stars for the chefs. Special thanks to Mr Roy for getting the technician to sort out the Air-conditioning issue so we could have a great night's sleep before our 5.5 hours flight .||I definitely suggest that the shower 🚿 gets updated to modern system as the current one is very old as i stayed here in 1998 and had used them and is way outdated.||Overall I'm very happy with my stay.

Held 2 days of training there and the service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. |Food was fresh and flavorful with the cookies that they made in- house being the group favorite. |The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was greatly appreciated.

I gave my daughter a birthday treat n I took her to tanoa skylodge nadi to use their restaurant n pool. My kids had a great time ,the food was great n excellent service from naleeni n akata. On top it up the place was very clean n the view just match the beautiful shiny day and mostly welcoming staffs right from reception

The staff provided a great service during our workshop and really were very welcoming to all the participants. The venue was perfect and well supported throughout the week-long workshop. The lunches and breaks for morning and afternoon tea.

1-Star Review for Tanoa Skylodge Hotel, Nadi, Fiji My recent stay at Tanoa Skylodge Hotel in Nadi, Fiji was an absolute nightmare. What we experienced was nothing short of deceptive marketing and false advertising. The pictures displayed online are completely misleading, and the reality is far worse. Room Conditions: Upon arrival, the air conditioning was not working. When we asked for assistance, we were informed that they only had one master remote to reset it, and we had to wait until the technician returned to work. After hours of discomfort, we were offered a different room, which they claimed was an “upgrade.” Shockingly, the new room was in even worse condition: the toilet was smaller and filthy, the showerhead was broken, and the AC unit had a room key card jammed into it just to make it function – which, of course, did not work properly. Horrible Hygiene: The bathroom was disgusting. The shower cubicles were covered in mold, a clear sign that regular cleaning is not part of their routine. The toilet bowl was stained and dirty, something that could easily be managed with daily proper cleaning. The area under the sink was exposed, revealing filthy, rusted pipes. The room itself smelled musty, and the tiles were grimy. Unacceptable Bed Conditions: The beds were in appalling condition. The mattress was torn with holes, exposing the inner foam. The bed base was damaged, with ripped fabric and visible stains. It was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and definitely not what you’d expect from a so-called 3.5-star hotel. Facilities and Amenities: The door wouldn’t close properly; we had to force it shut, and the safety latch inside didn’t even align with the hole where it was supposed to lock. They provided only two towels, and if you needed more, you had to wait until they were washed and dried, which was beyond inconvenient. The breakfast was pathetic, offering almost nothing of value. Poor Management: This hotel’s condition clearly reflects extremely poor management. Basic hygiene and maintenance are severely lacking. Mold in the bathroom, unclean toilets, broken fixtures, and poorly maintained facilities are unacceptable. A little effort in regular cleaning, customer service, and maintenance could improve the place significantly, but it seems management doesn’t care. Final Verdict: This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I have stayed in many 3.5-star hotels, and this does not deserve that rating in any way. It is rundown, unhygienic, and managed with complete negligence. DO NOT be deceived by the photos online. I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you want to ruin your vacation. Rating: ⭐ (1 Star – because zero stars isn’t an option).

Decent place to stay for the price. If you're just looking for a place to sleep this is good for it. Provides great service, good bed, lots of showers, decent pool, great pizza family deal. Self serve laundry service. Very helpful staff.
