A truly special retreat at the Tao’s Center on Paros My time at the Tao’s Center was truly unforgettable. I joined a retreat that combined yoga, meditation, and Gaga dance — and it was a deeply enriching experience on every level. The group dynamic was wonderful, thanks in large part to the thoughtful presence and advanced awareness of the Tao’s team. Their attention to detail created a safe and inspiring space for everyone to connect and grow. We felt fully supported, not just during sessions, but also with all the practical arrangements — including help with transportation and an insightful shared excursion that added a beautiful dimension to our experience. Meals were another highlight: beautifully balanced breakfasts and lunches, and a high standard of service and cuisine in the Tao’s restaurant — nourishing in every sense. This place is much more than a retreat center. It’s a space where transformation, connection, and beauty naturally unfold. I left feeling grateful, centered, and inspired.

I had a wonderful experience at this remotely located Yoga & Meditation Center! I came because I got injured at work and my muscles tensed up and I needed relief desperately. So I booked a full body massage 1,5 hours. My experience: The drive up there was partly on a natural road and the location is “away from it all” which is perfect to relax the mind. It is far from any town or village and is high above, looking over the island, as well as the surrounding islands. When you arrive there, parking is not an issue at all, and the entrance is very welcoming: a beautiful rectangular stone entrance thru a calming rock garden, leading into the huge facility. My assigned massage therapist was Eva, and she immediately made me feel welcome. I took off my shoes and put away my phone before entering the room and she sat me down to ease my mind and determine what the purpose of my visit was and where the pain was. The music was very calming and the room well-ventilated, clean, and chilled, considering the immense heat outside. We were inside one of the large yoga rooms, which I could already tell would also be very calming for a session, should I decide to return. I did not take photos of the room because my phone was away and I was in “zen mode”. The massage I received was completely relaxing, and she also gave me meditative prompts to help me relax even more. I was given an ample amount of time to recover and come back after the massage, which helped not only my body but also my mind during the whole process. I give 5 stars for my entire experience and I would definitely come back! There is also a beautiful rooftop where they do yoga which looks over the different islands, which I would love to come back and try!

It is my favorite place to teach. I bring groups from Israel every year. The staff are friendly and professional, taking care of every detail and more always happy to assist in any matter. We enjoy the beautiful view, the amazing food, and the halls in which we practice have a relaxing zen atmosphere. Thank you Tao's 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I just spent a week at Tao’s Restaurant & Meditation Center on Paros for a Gaga Dance & Yoga retreat – and I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for this wonderful experience. The location is truly dreamy, perfectly suited for group activities like ours, with a calm and inspiring atmosphere. On top of that, the restaurant is absolutely exceptional – delicious Asian cuisine, prepared and served with love. A heartfelt thank you and big praise to Tsiki and the entire team for creating such a unique, mindful and welcoming space. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Best thai food in the cyclades @ least. Staff very polite and friendly, great location what more could you ask for? Great sushi too btw

A Beautiful panoramic view workshop / seminars hall. With a delicious Asian restaurant. The place itself is a home for many Yoga Meditation Dance music and spiritual instructors. We live participating in workshops there, we enjoy the food and the amazing view ( sunset and moon rise are incredible from up there !) And I love facilitating my workshops there - feels like home to me.

Recommend!!! Had a great birthday diner at Taos a couple of days ago. Great food and kind staff. My family and our friends ordered multiple times because we just could not stop eating the delicious dishes. We will come back tomorrow as well: to meditate in the morning and for our last meal on the island for this summer in the evening. If I could name one disadvantage it will be that there was not enough of the chocolate cake as desert :)

The best place to chill!!! Exceptional Thai food Great atmosphere!
