Taps Public House

Taps has been an amazing place we frequent for both takeout and dining in. The highlights of Taps are definitely their starters and pastas. We especially loved the spicy rigatoni, which actually had a kick, unlike most places! The surprise of the night was the dip trio, where the freshly made pita stole the show. It was honestly amazing and super fresh. The service was also extraordinary; our server was attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. The manager of this restaurant is also incredible and made sure our most recent night here was special. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and will be returning for take-out and dine-in.

Nice place with great vibes. We sat on the covered patio in February and it was well heated—sometimes even a bit too warm. The beer selection is varied and excellent. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. Excellent service from Tatiana!

I celebrated my birthday at TAPS Public House in Mississauga with my family, and overall, it was a great experience. The food was excellent, especially the pizzas — we ordered the Dracula, Fig & Brie, and Margherita, and all three were delicious. The Fig & Brie pizza stood out the most, with the perfect blend of creamy brie, sweet figs, and fresh arugula — absolutely superb! We also tried the beef tacos, which were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the Sour Passion Fruit cocktail didn’t quite meet our expectations — it was a bit too tangy and lacked balance compared to the other items we ordered. The ambience at TAPS is modern, lively, and clean. On a Friday evening, the place gets quite crowded and loud, with a younger crowd filling the space. It’s a great vibe if you’re going out with friends, but not the best setting for a quiet family dinner. Still, the overall energy adds to its charm as a trendy hangout spot. The service started off great — our server was friendly and attentive when we arrived. However, as the evening went on and the restaurant got busier, the attention dropped a bit, and we had to call them over to get service. Despite that, we’ll definitely return, especially for the pizzas, which were some of the best we’ve had in Mississauga. A fun place with great food — just expect a lively crowd and a bit of noise on weekends!

We went to Taps for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday. Undoubtedly, this was one of the best dining experiences I had in Mississauga. Our server, Grettel was amazing! She was extremely polite and took great care of our order. We really enjoyed our food, drinks, and dessert. Truffle fries and Burrata Pizza were top-notch! We would surely be coming back.

We had a lovely late night dinner date at Taps Public House! We sat in the outdoor patio (fully-enclosed for the weather) and it was a great vibe for a romantic, warm and cozy night out in March. The food is delicious and our waitress (and waitress in training) were awesome and accommodating to our requests. Would 100% recommend 🫶🏼

Did a walk in with a group of 6 and we got a really nice booth in the back, our server Gretel was amazing, she was really attentive and sweet she made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was so good and service was quick. They do a nice birthday surprise. We’re definitely going to keep coming back and we hope we get her again

First time going to taps the other week, Diana was our server and she was amazing! I go to some nice resultants regularly but she definitely stands out as one of the best! Manager came out regarding an inquiry I had with the smoking of one of their drinks, very friendly and not expected but greatly appreciated! We tried so many different plates and took back the leftovers. Highly recommend this place and that server! It will be a minute before we go back, but I’m already looking forward to it! Also outdoor patio with the heaters and cover was very well done! Keep it up guys! Will hopefully see again soon!
