This taco spot was okay overall. The food was decent, but the meat lacked flavor and could definitely use more seasoning to really stand out. Portions were fair, and the tacos were prepared well, just not as flavorful as expected. The place itself could also use some maintenance and better upkeep to improve the overall dining experience.

Can’t dispute the value for money although extra meat would be great, portion sizes are great. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice, they’ll ask to seat you upstairs, take them up on the offer as the upstairs seating is fantastic.

This place was disappointing. It’s probably only popular because of the price. If you’re just looking for a cheap, affordable taco because you’re low on money, this might work. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst food I had during my entire trip. The al pastor tacos were dry, burnt, and had no sauce at all. Very little meat and zero flavor. We also ordered a torta arandas, which was nothing special. The carnitas were extremely dry, bland, and again, barely any meat. Service didn’t help the experience. Our waiter was slow and also messed up our order despite clear communication. I speak fluent Spanish and asked what came inside the torta besides the pastor, carnitas, and nopal. He explained it also included avocado, tomato, and onion. I clearly asked for everything with extra cilantro. He repeated it as “solo cilantro,” which I immediately corrected and said “con todo, más cilantro.” He said okay. When the torta arrived, it had only cilantro and hardly any meat. Overall, the food was dry, poorly prepared, and the service was careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re truly just looking for the cheapest option available.

The worst experience in Mexico City. Disappointing on so many levels. The service. The food. I offered the food to the homeless people. They wouldn’t accept without salsa. That speaks volumes.

I love that they're open all night. My flight got to CDMX at 12am and at 1h40 am I was enjoying authentic Mexican cuisine!

Unique tacos with a vast variety of meats - everything from the snout, cheeks, ears, belly, ribs, head, tongue, etc. from pork chicken to beef. Don’t get grossed out till you’ve tried. So delicious! Amazing service and fun to sit outside for people watching.

I think this is my baseline standard for tacos. No frills tacos and straight to the point. Nothing about these tacos are particularly special, but they just do it all good at a reasonable price. I had 3x tongue to start and they were great, texture just right-not overly tender nor dry, and still a nice tongue-y beefy flavour. And got 2x tripe because why not, and they were just as good!
