Taqueria Mexicano Grill & Bar

The place was okay, we went late around 7pm. We were the only ones there. The server was okay, she gave me attitude about a burrito and food although good was super greasy. The tony burrito I ordered was swimming in it. And it's not really Mexican food it's more of tex mex. Place was orderly and semi clean.

Mixed experiences the service and food for the most part was pretty normal . The parole was good and other items except the tamale i get with my Guadalajara plate was ice cold on inside prices pretty reasonable though

I didn't think to take pics at this time. I'll be concise. 1. Atmosphere seems as if restaurant installed all the furnishings from 2nd hand, or older restaurant suppliers, or used equipment, and the remodeling theme seems to match the furnishings, however THIS SHOULDN'T be a deciding factor to eat there at least for me. 2. Service was average, and nothing stood out as great! 3. Food was was below average for price. A. I could taste the city tap water in the drinks, and Food. THIS is something I personally RUINS EVERYTHING! WHY do this? It shows that the decision maker doesn't care how the Food and drinks turn out in my opinion. B. I ordered Fajitas. The Chicken, and Beef were processed into those thin strips about 1 inch or less wide, the thickness about the size of a Nickel a little less than 1/8", and the length about 5 inches apprx and a bit chewy. The taste wasn't anything special. B. The hot sauce was VERY spicy AND I LIKE SPICY, and looked like a can of puree tomato sauce. Why do this? C. They don't give cheese for the meal (extra). This is America, the stereotype is that EVERYONE likes cheese! But I understand restaurant owners have their reasons for doing what they do to match the theme from their culture and experience. * these are just 1 person's opinion, and some people acquire, or like this kind of food so let them eat it what they want.

First time going to this restaurant. The food was pretty good I definitely enjoyed it. Very clean and my drink was on point. We will return!!

Omg, when I first got here, I didn't know what to expect the first time . The food is delicious . Very authentic. Home-made tortillas remind me of home . The waitress wonderful explained the wait because of the freshness it was worth it The ambiance was a regular Mexican vibe Great service, great. Taqueria Mexicana Grill and Bar off Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land, TX, has been my go-to spot for years. My favorite dishes are the Migas plate, Barbacoa tacos, and Carne Guisada. I typically eat here once a week, if not more, and they never miss. The flavors are consistently outstanding, and the quality is top-notch. Make sure to ask for their green salsa—it's so darn good! The service is always friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. Whether you're dining in or taking out, this place is a must-visit for authentic and delicious Mexican food. Highly recommended!

It was our first time. The best Carne Gusido I've ever had. Hubby really liked the 3 enchilada plate and fajita taco. The best part was, they had Horchata. The staff was amazing. Don't sleep on this place.

Always wanted to try this place as I usually pass it from time to time. The environment was relaxed and spacious. Nice variety of dishes and the portions generous. Prices are affordable for quantity/quality. My only issue as many others echoed is service can be a bit slow to unresponsive. I had to flag down staff to get continued service after ordering. Other than that I enjoyed my dish and will come back to try others.
