The best quesadilla with shredded meat I've ever had!! The 3 salsas were so flavorful, specially the spicy mango, also the Chipotle sauce and green tomatillo sauce. The meat so tender, juicy and so flavorful WOW 🤩😍 I will come back for dinner and for the next 2 days. Service was very friendly! AWESOME PLACE😋😍😘

I recently visited Taqueria in Tel Aviv, and while it’s a popular spot, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Starting with the food, I found it to be fairly mediocre. It lacked the punch and depth of true Mexican cuisine; it just didn’t taste authentic. This isn't entirely surprising given the lack of a Mexican community in Tel Aviv to bring those traditional, vibrant flavors to life, but it was still a letdown for anyone craving the real deal. I was also disappointed to find they don't offer a proper starter of just a big bowl of guacamole and chips—something that feels like a staple for any taco spot. On the positive side, the cocktails were fine and did the job, and the prices are quite reasonable for the area. It’s a decent place for a casual drink and a cheap bite if you aren't expecting high-end or traditional flavors, but if you’re looking for authenticity, this might not be the place. Would you like me to adjust the tone to be more critical, or perhaps provide a version in Hebrew?

Been coming here for years, even after moving out the merkaz, and transitioning to being a vegetarian. This place is still king. This time had the soft taco 3 mix of seitan, fahoola (spelling?) and mushroom. Of course their nachos are the ultimate source of comfort. Don't miss their frozen MANGO margarita. Service could be improved with clearing the plates. ❤️❤️👏👏👏

I had high hopes for Taqueria, but overall, the experience was underwhelming. The burrito I ordered looked decent but turned out to be pretty average in both flavor and portion size. For 57 shekels, I expected something more filling — instead, I left still feeling hungry. The taste wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t memorable either; just standard rice, beans, and guacamole without anything that stood out. The portion size is really where it lost me. When paying that much for a single burrito, you’d expect to feel satisfied afterward, but the serving was surprisingly small compared to what other places in the same price range offer. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe, but it’s also quite cramped. The seating area feels crowded, and it’s not the most comfortable place if you want to sit and enjoy your meal without bumping into people. Service was fine — nothing to complain about, but nothing particularly warm or attentive either. Overall, I left disappointed. If prices were a bit lower or portions more generous, I might consider coming back, but as it stands, it didn’t feel worth it.

The service was good. Food was very good. Reasonable prices. We took 5 mains, a starter that arrived last, and drinks. They have gluten free options. We were 2 adults and 3 teenagers, and we all enjoyed it. We'll surely come back if we are in area😀

We had dinner here in the evening and were pleasantly surprised — there were plenty of free tables, and the atmosphere was calm and cozy. The frozen Margarita was simply outstanding — refreshing and delicious. The Caesar salad was prepared perfectly: delicate dressing, crispy lettuce, and juicy chicken. We also tried two types of burritos — the meat was tender and flavorful, paired with a rich sauce and fresh vegetables. A special thanks to our waitress Eva — her warmth, cheerful energy, and charisma made our evening unforgettable.

A genuinely interesting Mexican food place! Appetizer Tried the Havana corn on the cob which has a flood of seasonings, mayo?, cheese etc. The flavor profile was very interesting and it's a nice messy starter to lay your hands on. I would give it a 5/5 for flavor, portion size and visual appeal Mains: Had the fish tacos which were decent in profile but seemed to lack the real Mexican cuisine seasoning. The flavor took a hit because of that. I would rate it a 3/5 Tried the Pollo Plancha (pictured) which was essentially a burrito on a plate. The beans were musher than usual, the rice slightly drier, the meat was cooked well but the seasoning was a bit off. Would rate the dish a strong 3.5/5 Desserts Churro has been a go to favorite at all mexican restaurants where it has been available. The plate here comes with 3 pieces and 2 sauces - one chocolate and one dulce de Leche. The chocolate sauce was amazing and balanced well with the dulce De Leche. The churros were a bit doughy in consistency but were fresh. I would rate this a 4/5 I also ordered a lemonade to go with this. My advice to other customers: save your ILS on the lemonade, it was a watery substitute to well water, which is free. Rating - 1/5 My advise to the restaurant: focus on the flavor profiles. Don't be afraid to season it well or offer options to season. The red and green sauces you leave on the table is a great idea but the overall salt/spice/sour profile of those sauces are also off! You have great promise and very little competition I suspect, so you can become bigger than what you already are. Good luck!!

Mexican-American restaurant with decent food. Unfortunately there isn't an authentic Mexican restaurant in Tel Aviv. The chairs however are awful, uncomfortable and remind me of the chairs we had when I was in 1st grade. Please get new ones.
