My partner and I enjoyed a stay here for a few nights to finish our trip around Vietnam and Cambodia.
The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was on the bigger side of what we experienced during our trip, with plenty of options and catering to most dietary requirements.
The front desk staff helped my partner book in to play golf nearby, arranged laundry and were always happy to break notes so we could have smaller change for paying drivers.
The gift shop was nice and not overpriced.
We ate dinner one night at the hotel and the menu was a little on the western side, but the food was tasty and well priced for a hotel.
The pool area was great. Plenty of seating whenever we went, towels provided and a bar available for drinks and food.
The rooms were a great size, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The air con worked great and the water provided was filtered, but in reusable glass bottles, which was a nice change to all the plastic bottles we’d been provided during the trip.
My partner was unwell one day and stayed at the hotel and ordered a room service meal which was on the more expensive side, but that’s to be expected in a hotel and is always optional.
It was a $3 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and we paid a driver $20 to take us to the ticket office and then to Angkor Wat for sunrise, Bayon and Te Prohm, which was about 5 hours all up.
There was a 7eleven and pharmacy about 10 mins walk down the street if you needed to get a few things.
All in all, it was a pleasant stay.
