Tara Angkor Hotel

Beautiful hotel but lacking in intimacy. Value for money. Staff attentive. The air conditioning is so noisy though. Pool is lovely. It's typical of large hotels ie lacking in personality. Good location.

Great hotel in Siem Reap, nice quiet location, but only a Tuk Tuk ride to downtown. Swimming pool area large,and plenty of sunbeds and towels. Room large with a massive bed and super clean. Buffett breakfast good lots of choice for everyone but does get very busy. Staff really friendly, but if you book your own Tuk tuk, on the Grab app, the tuk tuk guys outside the hotel can be a bit rude, but tbh the app is better secure and you agree and pay via the app.

The staff were very friendly opening doors for you. The room service was performed efficiently. There was a safe in the room . It’s about a 20 minute walk if you want to go into the main tourist area. Or you could take a tuk tuk and we paid two or $3 US depending on the negotiation. The pool was lovely and clean which chairs around the outside edge depending on the time of day it was hard to get the umbrellas to completely shade the chair. One suggestion would be a couple of shares under the shaded area there were tables out there and a bar.

The staff here is amazing. The breakfast spread is pretty good. The pool is nice and it's really lovely inside and out.Even a nice gift shop with some reasonable handmade crafts. *I will say though the bed was super hard and the pillows were not very good but a firm bed may be your jam and if that's the case you will enjoy it.

Outstanding stay at Tara Angkor Hotel! We had an amazing stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel. The property is comfortable, well located, and offers great value for money. But what truly makes the difference is the staff — incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A very special mention to Mr. Veasna, who was exceptionally proactive and professional in helping us track down our lost luggage. Thanks to his dedication, we were finally able to recover our bags. We are extremely grateful ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel. The whole team made our stay in Siem Reap even more enjoyable. 🙏✨

Loved our stay here. The staff are absolutely beautiful, the spa was perfect. Can’t recommend it highly enough, I honestly think we’ll be back to Cambodia after meeting the people here and them making our time so memorable and enjoyable in Cambodia. Thank you. Ours was a ‘deluxe room’, nice to have a bath in our suite. Also the hotel had a filtered water machine downstairs and large bottles of filtered water in the room, rather than the plastic bottles you find everywhere else in Asia, which made a lovely change and great for the planet!

This is an amazing hotel worth every single dime. The restaurant is very very good. The rooms are beautiful. Big air-conditioning is fantastic. The staff couldn’t be more helpful most places in Cambodia, except US dollars and the hotels make it easy to change money. I would say it was a fantastic experience all the way around and I would recommend it for Children all the way to people 110 years old.

The Tara Angkor is a great place to stay in Siem Reap it is central to great places to eat and walking distance to supermarkets, museums etc.|The staff were fantastic with no request to small and great you either a smile each day. The facilities are very good with a pool and great bar etc , rooms were clean and up to date with the biggest bed ever.|Best thing was the staff i think.
