Tara Niwas

We had a really wonderful experience at Tara Niwas. Everyone was very welcoming. They also had can services for city tours and nearby jaipur which was very good and comfortable. The hotel food is one of the best in the city. The garden, common places are really beautiful. You feel like living in hertige stay with old vibes with all the modern facilities.

I have stayed at Tara Niwas several times over the past 5-6 years and have been highly satisfied. It's clean, comfortable, great location and very reasonably priced. The longtime staff are friendly and responsive.|However, on my most recent visit, there has been one highly aggravating change -- the formerly reliable WiFi service has turned to crap. I never had a problem before. But now the hotel's WiFi is unsecured. Which means a lot of sites, especially financial institutions, will not allow a sign on. Not only that, it's impossible to keep a connection in the unlikely event you are succcessful at getting connected. |I went so far as to get a mobile hotspot, which works fine everywhere else in Jaipur. Inside Tara Niwas, even that connection is continually kicked off line. Seriously, it's almost impossible to stay connected for more than 15 minutes at a time in the hotel. This is the only reason I dropped my evaluation from 5 stars to 3. |In this day and age, when everyone lives on their telephone, travelers expect strong, reliable, secure WiFi -- especially if the establishment claims to have WiFi. Please, TN, bring your service back up to excellent. Get good WiFi!

The room is exactly as featured on their sight. We dined there twice, all dishes were delicious! The staff are all pkeasant & helpful, really good stay for us! Suitable for "older" tourists, not backpackers, and worth every rupi!

Had an amazing experience staying here. The rooms are really clean and beautiful, they give you a royal feel. Out of all the places we ate in Jaipur, this place had the best food. The services are also nice and quick. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Jaipur.

The room, food and location were excellent, but our experience in Jaipur was spoiled by the cab driver, Suresh Choudhary. He made us walk long distances and even asked us to take autos to travel between tourist spots within the city. He dropped us at least 400–600 meters away from each destination, which wasted a lot of our time and made it very difficult for my parents to walk through the streets. He was reluctant to pick us from the tourist spots mentioning traffic jams - where every other cab driver was smoothly picking up other tourists. Never experienced such bizzare cab serviece. Also, the receptionist who was there during early moring hours/ night hours was rude.

Rooms are Good .Spacious and Clean . Regarding price little higher side . Hotel Name Tara Niwas ,Veg court but Egg items are available . We stayed almost 6 days. In that 3 days WIfI connection was not working . Overall Good.
