Tarangau Caravan Park

Great call and clean lace to stay in Cable Beach. Newly renovated ablution block with water pressure in the shower. I repeat water pressure !!! Open outdoor kitchen with all needed equipment. Some shade on almost every camp spot and some frilled lezard popping by from time to time. What more to ask ?

Wonderful campsite with the cleanest, newest and best-designed ablution block! Fantastic washing machines and dryers too. The site itself is beautiful with huge trees between each site, providing great shade as well as making the place look like the Botanical Gardens. Very helpful staff - all in all, the best campsite yet!

Best caravan park we've ever been to since traveling around Australia. Friendly staff, very clean, quiet, and well-organized! We lived there for months and completely enjoyed our stay from the beginning. Special thanks to Camille and Camilla, two lovely ladies who made us feel at home.

We stayed for 6 nights in early September. The amenities were fantastic. Camp kitchen is well-equipped and though it does get busy some evenings, the wait was never long. The newer toilet/shower block is easily one of the nicest we've come across in Australia. The staff are friendly and helpful. A quick drive to town or there's a bus stop across from the entrance.

Lovely shaded sites, amenities are first class, very well priced and close to Cable Beach. Highly recommend.

Stayed here a couple of times now. On the whole, a quiet cool wee park full of friendly people, staff and the owners are truly beautiful people, made an average forced stay in Broome far more comfortable. Highly recommended this caravan park to all who are travelling the top end.

Great Caravan park with lovely sites that are shaded by the beautiful trees. Amenities are great and if you are lucky enough one of the cute little green frogs might join you at camp or in the shower 🐸 Staff are very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay again.

Very clean, quiet and tidy caravan park. The staff is super friendly, the amenities a dream and the camp kitchen well equipped. Nice spacious spots with lots of shade available - we stayed here over a week due to car issues and felt very at home. Especially the cheap ice-cream at the reception and the car & pet wash is a nice touch. There is also laundry available for 5$ and a weekly Bocca game on Thursdays. Broome Explorer bus stop directly in front of the park and Cable Beach is at walking distance (20 mins).
