I am a big fan of biryani Again by virtue of the fact that I have married a woman from Mombasa, I can never have enough of rice dishes. The very first time I visited Tarboush I was quite reluctant to make my order for fears of a bill that would cost an arm and leg Contrary to my woes, this place is way manageable, in fact the potion you receive for the price I paid for mutton biryani is unbelievable. The juice also comes in various flavours and is all fresh and soothing. The staff, I can't forget one by the name Rama, pardon my manners I left without tipping today, I owe you one. I've tried fish biryani and it was finger licking. I wish to know if it's possible to open such a joint in Nairobi please.

I particularly enjoyed the savoury mezze platters, aromatic kebabs, and the mouthwatering shawarma. The hummus was creamy and paired perfectly with the freshly baked pita bread. To top it all off, the refreshing lemonade was the perfect complement to the meal.Tarboush Cafe offers a variety of services, including a smoking area, takeaway, delivery, and outdoor seating. They also cater to different dietary preferences with their vegetarian and halal options.
