Target

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Target while shopping for electronics as gifts for my family. I had a large order and noticed that the in-store prices differed from the website. When I asked the manager for assistance with items that were locked up, he initially began retrieving them. However, upon realizing the prices were different from the target website, he laughed in a snarky and dismissive manner, stating, "I'm not doing that; it's against our policy." I calmly explained that my request was within Target’s policy as the store had not updated its prices and I had bought the same items a day prior from another Target store just fine in fairfield, as I had chosen different items individually. Despite this, he continued to behave in a rude and condescending manner. When I pointed out that his behavior was aggressive and rude, he responded, "If I was aggressive, you would have seen it," in front of another employee, who promptly distanced themselves from the interaction. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a manager who should be setting an example of professionalism and customer service. I’ve since reached out to Target’s customer service team and am awaiting a response. However, I believe it’s important for this issue to be addressed immediately. No customer should have to endure such rudeness and dismissive behavior while shopping. I hope Target takes this seriously and ensures that this manager receives proper training—or reevaluates whether they are suitable for a customer-facing role.

Pet friendly Target location. Bhazi was able to walk around the whole store and I was able to enjoy shopping accompanied by him. The store had more of selections compared to the most recent Target I went to. It was well organized and had a Starbucks within it. They provided a pup cup for B to enjoy as I drank my coffee after shopping. The store has a large parking which is wonderful. I must say I cannot stand having to look for parking no more than five minutes lol. Other than that again great location near many other stores.

gone are the days when Target answers the phone and you can ask for product availability or ask for assistance about any questions with no available answers online. The phone rings than stops. I thought Walmart was not available so stopped going there. Now Target? I bought a Nintendo switch sports and the salesperson forgot to give me my "knee strap "included with the purchase and no one there to answer the call because ? Target too busy for customers?

Target Clifton is the worst drive up ! I placed my order over 2 hours ago and it's still not ready. I hate when Kearny don't have my items available cause I have to use this target which by far is the worst. NEVER AGAIN MAN

I use to purchase the majority of my personal hygiene products at Target and among other items as well. Ever since they started locking everything up I buy my items elsewhere. Also having to wait for an employee to open up the cabinets? No thank you! Note to Target everyone is not a thief!

It’s a really good target, big, has everything, also has lots of self checkouts. I found really pretty linen there recently and I only buy their microfiber sheet sets because they’re the softest fabric I’ve ever felt before. It’s also easy to wash and have you seen the price compared to high thread count sheets? Well these are way better and you can get a king size set for about $19 or something.

I went to target this morning and I can tell that a good number of employees don’t want to talk/help customers . There were several young female Target employees that were using their phone while they were walking where one of them almost knocked me over in the corner where she was walking on the left side and didn’t say a word.

I really do like target but I have to plan to have enough time and energy when I go there that when I am done shopping I still have time to wait on a very long checkout line. UPDATE: 7/31/22: Every time I go to this Target the lines only get longer. I don’t know if management realizes but they have to put more people on the cashiers because lots of people saw the line going from the front of the store all the way to the back. After a few minutes customers start to realize that this trip to Target is going to take longer than expected. As a customer I feel like the company that I want to buy something from doesn’t value my time. I saw many customers the put their stuff down and leave the store after they saw the lines. Another sale lost. Management must realize that long lines have been a problem for a while and now that people are starting to prepare for school. I just don’t understand how management lets it get worse and worse. I actually saw plenty of people working but only a couple of cashiers. Maybe the position they don’t have filled at this store is a manager. I have no idea. The lines were longer than I have EVER seen them. I realize it was a Sunday and people are getting ready to go back to school but they should prepare for that. Terrible use of their resources.
