I have always been a great supporter of Target. 🎯 I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with how they mismanaged my issue. On Saturday 1/25/25 I went shopping with my college aged daughter, who is also an avid Target customer. She bought a few things from the beauty department, where she bought three boxes of ZitSticka. She opened one of the boxes and found the box empty. It seems as though someone stole the patches and left an empty box. I tried calling the store on Sunday but no one ever answered the phone. I tried to call on Monday again and spoke to a salesperson and explained what happened. They told me that they didn’t think it would be a problem to give me a refund or give me a new box since I paid for an item that I didn’t receive. They put me on hold to confirm with the manager. She returned to tell me that they cannot do anything for me. So I’d like to warn Target patrons that they don’t care if loyal customers are cheated. They are not willing to do anything to help with the situation. So disappointed in their terrible customer service. I hope someone from the company will read this and appreciate their loyal customers.

Came In a couple days ago really stressed out looking for gifts for my twins for their birthday a really nice girl name Arondiay helped me near the clothing area. I told her my son wanted a video game but I didn’t know the name so I explained the best I can and somehow she found the exact game. She also helped me find gifts for my daughter. Answered all my questions from beauty to home to food. She seem like she knew a lot about the store and where all the things were. Very kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Really helped a stressful Momma out. I wish all stores were like this. If you’re ever in the area check them out. The cashier Adria was really sweet as well.

Not the beat lay out of targets especially since it's one of the newest ones around. THE BATHROOMS BEING not near the front and you have to walk through two blocked off sections cause the ulta is blocking a straight path to the bathrooms. No collectibles section like most other targets.

This target is the worst one yet! The employees don’t care at all. I asked someone to help me buy a kindle and he was like I don’t do that. He called someone else to get the keys to open the case and she was like I’m helping someone else, even though she was specifically called over to help open the case. She wouldn’t even take a moment to open it. I didn’t need her help with a product. I just needed her keys to open the case. They don’t care about their customers at all here. I won’t be returning.

I would like to shop at this store but they hardly ever have any of the items available at other Targets here. I always have to go to Ocean or Middletown to find things in stock. There are also no people nat the checkout. You have to checkout yourself and if you need help finding something etc. there is no one to be found.

Picked up a babybrezza formula pro for drive up pick. I came home and opened it to find it wet, scuffed, and dirty. This is was clearly a return that no one checked; a dirty machine that is meant for a BABY. $200. Despicable.

I went here for the first time today and will never willingly go back. The selection is poor and many of the shelves were empty. The clothing selection was particularly bad. There was only one check out lane that was staffed with a person. The assistant at self checkout told us they could not look up our target account to apply the discount. That was not the case. We were able to enter our number at the staffed check out lane. But there we had to wait for the cashier and a customer to conclude a loud political argument during which the cashier pushed pro Trump views. The whole experience was awful.

Carts halfway across the parking lot almost crashed into them. Garbage everywhere .. absolutely disgraceful. They hired horrible staff. I can't believe how much trash is in the parking lot. Too entitled to change a garbage bag I supposed, hopefully this dump closes down just as fast as it popped up.

New location that's closer to me, so thumbs up for that. Every staff member I met there (including Starbucks) was new - literally their first day. It was amusing because I helped them figure out some stuff. My quick trip to get joggers was successful - 1 star off because I had to wait a really long time and took forever for someone to get their fitting rooms open.

This Target is not full size. It's miniature and has very limited items. I feel like my trip here was a waste of time to be honest. Very disappointed. Half the shelves were empty and staff were unboxing but super slowly and talking amongst one another and not paying attention to customers. I won't go back here.

They never have anything in stock. I always have to go to the one in ocean because there is never anything I need there. This is out rages since this is a new store and should be keeping up with keeping things in stock. Plus only teenagers work there so half the time they don't know where anything is!
