Cute clothes in here but you really need to hire some extra help bc this is out of control. The girls were nice and helpful but it will take them 8 hours to get through this mess

Ordered an item online and it was on sale plus I had rewards bucks to use so it was a deal. I went to pick up and texted when I arrived. You're supposed to let them know when you are on the way so they can get your item ready, so they warned me about a delay, which was understandable. However, they brought it out quickly. Very happy with purchase, as item was exactly as described online.

Interesting that many had different views. Today I was attempting to return an item and exchange it for another color. The front desk customer care employee did outstanding and exceptional customer care service. I wish I have asked his name to mention it here. He is fantastic. Thank you.

When I walked in a man walking out said to me “ they’re great here and Jess will take good care of you.” He was SO right and Jess went over and above to make sure my glasses are perfect! Everyone here is extremely helpful and patient! Elizabeth Abbe

This store is our favorite store to have some inspiration

I went to the store and asked to see a Funko pop as it was in the back. The lady who was trying to help me said she was too busy and passed me on to a gentleman. He comes outside with the box and as it was damaged I asked if I could see another one. He gives me a terrible excuse of how I have to purchase it before I can see it and how it’s too much work for him to get another Funko pop. Mind you, as soon as he came from the back you could tell he just didn’t care. If you value customer service please go elsewhere.

They just finished remodeling this Target. They change the layout of the store. Cleaning items to the back at pet supplies to the west side, besides that little inconvenience the store looks really good. I really like the new beauty supply are.

Went to this location with a quote , the hard part was already done. The guy said that he needs to login his company because his password apparently changed every month. On the phone not getting through. I’ve waited for over an hour. Nothing. Also, the frame that I originally tried on, was not there when I wanted to look at them over again. In the Oakley kiosk, there were a bunch of Ray-Ban glasses in their storage drawer. Call the store nobody answer the phone I just needed to pay for my prescription and frames.

Usually go for the smaller stores since like to get in and out quickly. No can do at this location .Parking is a madhouse since attached to Memorial City Mall. Do not dare during the holidays unless you have met with a lawyer for your latest will .It has become extremely dangerous in parking lot and inside . Granted they do offer a good selection of grocery items and electronics, but is it worth losing a limb?

This Target was a HUGE disappointment. Real Walmart on south Post Oak-ish. Almost every item I needed I couldn't get because the aisles were picked over and barely stocked. The makeup aisle is extremely hard to navigate with a cart especially if there are multiple people with carts. It seriously was like bumper carts at one point with me and another guest. The bathroom was just nasty - dirty diaper on the floor, trash on the sink. Toilet paper was everywhere. I had to try 3 different hand soap dispensers before one worked. Check out was also trash. I was greeted but the employee was talking with another employee while she checked me out. She mumbled my total in between her conversation and just stood there while I had my phone out for her to scan my barcode in the Target app. She also put all my items in one bag and it was little on the heavy side. Parking also is difficult here as it's attached to the mall. During busy times finding a parking spot is like parking at Six Flags in 2002 on a hot summer day.

i am a young man simply shopping for deodorant while my friends were conversing and then i find a body scrub with the lid off of it so i pick it up to put i back on then this short lady with red hair rudely walks past our aisle as we mind our business and comes off and says "DONT BE OPENING SH*T AND SPRAYING WHIPCREAM IN THE AISLE " we were then confused as why she came off so rude , then as we state our case saying we werent doing anything wrong we then asked her where a product was in the store and refused us service saying strictly " you dont need that " she then threatens to drag us out the store and continues to cuss at me saying " walk fu**cking faster " when i was silently on my way out , I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS TARGET AND SOMEBODY MUST TAKE ACTION FOR THIS SERVICE

Usually I have an excellent time at other Targets, their cleanliness and service is usually amazing, however, today I had an extremely awful time at this Target. My friends and I were shopping in the self care and deodorant aisle, smelling some of the already opened deodorants as my friend has been targeted and bullied for his inalienable stench. That is when a short, chubby employee with red hair who I unfortunately did not catch the name of rudely told us to "not be opening shit in her store." The audacity of this woman amazed me, not only cursing at me and my friends but also claiming the store as hers. We then asked where the preservatives are, only for her to rudely tell us that "we do not need them." This is unacceptable behavior, as we are just customers trying to buy items and give the store business. She then, after a little back and forth of us saying how it was already opened told us to "get the fuck out of the store" as well as saying that we could be "dragged out" if she wanted, thereby threatening us. She also told my friend to "walk faster fucker." Never in my time on this planet have I met such a rude employee who clearly did not want our business. My friends and I are shook up are we were unfortunately victims of verbal harassment. It is also important to note that this target was very poorly kept, aisles were empty and dirty and the vibe from the business was not pleasant. Sadly, Target and its rude employee have disappointed me today.

I decided to Target a return to this store as soon as possible. This is the Target located on Gessner, and it can be a real nightmare getting in and out of here, but Barbi likes that there is a Target here, and wanted to give it 4 stars. She says it's huge and has everything she needs, slightly better quality than Walmart but higher prices. Honestly I find it to be similar to Walmart in terms of quality products with service that isn't great, but better than Walmart and prices that are higher, so really it'll never be more than a two star place for me, and I'd rather go for a discount shopping experience at Walmart but save a lot of money because this Target really isn't great anyway. However Barbi insists on 4 stars as much as I insist on two, so we'll do 3.

Am I even surprised Target is going downhill too??! Seems to be in line with everything else these days. Customer Service is nonexistent. Those once quiet and pretty red shopping carts... filled with trash from the previous shoppers and also rattle. A friendly Target Associate to help? Nope... I had to flag down 3 employees today and only one was able to help (the other 2 didn't have "walkies" on them and kept walking as they told me why they couldn't help). I went as far as calling the store while I was in the Electronic department thinking I would get someone to help that way, but guess what... Target didn't even answer their phone! There's a ton of chatting among the staff themselves. Even a group in the aisle talking about one of the other girl's pregnant belly and touching the baby with their back turned to those who need assistance. Nice that you all get along, but this isn't the social hour! I went to buy a Nintendo Switch with all the accessories today during my lunch break at WORK! Yes, people, WORK (none of the Target people know what work is, if I am judging by today)! I was finally helped by Uzi in the Electronics department. I will say he is the best fit for that area. He gave me so much information and I felt confident about the purchase I was making. BUT, I am not happy with the other people who basically didn't go an extra mile to get help faster. I don't understand how this is okay. I spent $444.88 today and if I wasn't in such a hurry, I would have decided to purchase from another retailer based on principle (or at least a different Target). I know Target sees huge tickets everyday, so my purchase is one of many medium sales, but I guarantee, I will think twice before using this retailer at this location again.

this target has the square footage but barely has much selection on the shelves. the lighting is very bright.

I came in here looking for information on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Joe & another gentleman in the electronics dept helped me get the information I needed. They even called another store to help me get the phone I wanted since they were not able to help me with the purchase.

Placed an online order and it was canceled for technical issues. Called to figure out what was going on and no one wants to answer the phone. Terrible service

I love Target runs! I see a lot of cute things to buy and customer service is friendly. They might wanna check their kitchen stuff isle tho. We noticed a lot of broken mugs when we were checking some out looking for a gift. Their clothe selection was pretty but I couldn't find the clearance section

Today at the target store I bought a TV and when I took it out of the bag the screen was broken and I immediately returned to the store and they no longer wanted to receive it because according to them I was already in the box paying more than $600 and They didn't want to give me any credit or refund the money that I had already paid, and the manager was all rude and didn't even talk

I have this love and hate situation at this Super Target. I come here after evening events or after work because it closes at 11. I hate the parking situation during the day. Memorial City Mall is always packed during the nights on weekdays as well as days and nights on weekends. Making a left turn from Gesnner is always a long wait. When I get in here, there's a strange employee waiting there. I love the free WiFi and cool air conditioning everytime I come. But online inventory doesn't match with what's on the shelves. Overall, I can't shop at this Target like I usually do.

This is the Target attached to Memorial City Mall by the Cheesecake Factory and Macy's I believe. This place is super packed with long lines! The closer you come to closing be prepared for long lines that go down slowly but surely. Definitely reconsider during the pandemic if you are uneasy being around a lot of people. My sister and I came here in search of gold shoes for her and ended up with two bottles of margarita wine, strawberry and lime. By the way, I added the pictures of the wine to this review. Do Not buy that wine margarita hybrid please. It tastes cloyingly artificial, bitter, and just plain nasty. Nasty! Yuck! My sister actually tasted it and brought them back for a credit which they put on a card. The state of the store was very disheveled and chaotic with items not being where they were supposed to be. I have been here before with the store in the same condition early in the day. Also, the entrance to the mall is closed down 5-10 minutes before the store closes and you have to leave out of the right exit and re-enter the mall. It is fair but slightly inconvenienced.

Juan from self checkout was so horrible he was been rude telling me to wait for my time and just been on his phone talking to someone I just wanted to scan my apples bc they didn't have price but he took forever to help me he was saying to wait for my turn plz report this guy he should not be treating anyone like this worst experience ever

One of the employees, Jeff walked over by my family, leaned over my stroller to put a product up, and coughed over my child without covering his mouth. Nor did he say excuse me. No mask. Disgusting.

Best target in town! I think connected right next to mall so you can do double the shopping. Super big target too got everything you need.

I love target. I needed help pick out some clothing for a professional job interview and this target worked spent the whole 2 hours I was there just helping me find the perfect outfit! I've work retail before and she is a trooper and an amazing worker! She needs to get a raise!!!

I was at target today and the self Check out guy name Juan was so horrible he was not putting attention to me he was just on the phone when I need it his help he was been really rude and it's not the first time he does the type of things WORST TARGET EVER

I went to return a small electronic device I bought from target.com. At Customer Service I was told the serial number on the device doesn't match with the one on the package. I tried to explain this is what I received in the package. The model number matches, the items is like new and the receipt doesn't show any serial number. The suerpervisor said he is sorry but nothing he could do. At the end, I had to return it via shipping back to target.com. What a waste of resources. Nothing personal against the staff in store. They just do the job they are told to do. I feel the overall return policy at target is not in the best interest of consumers. I don't usually return things, this could be an unusal case. Or, maybe I'm spoiled by good stores like Costco and Amazon.

This place never helps with anything you need! Bought a charger today with no charger in it, went back in less than 5 mins to be told to switch it out with a new one okay sure. Come to find out the tech person is too busy with high dollar sales to be interested in even checking to see if they had at least charger to replace what I have already bought but couldn't be bothered. Then when I get up to the exchange the manager ask did I find a new one no no I didn't because you guys don't care ‍

Hi, I am one of the worker who used to work here almost 1 a year I've just been recently fired. Management is very horrible here if anybody wants to apply just watch out for the manager her name is Diana. She is a horrible manager. She has her favorite. Her favorites are usually on the phone and when they get in trouble, they don't get in trouble by her or No one her favorites they know who they are and one of the horrible things about management is that they don't acknowledge hard work are used to clock in at 3:30 and sometimes leave at 12:00 or longer and I was like this for like a year they were moments that they needed help somewhere else around the store, and I was always available to help are used to organize the whole front end of the store. Meanwhile, the team leaders weren't even able to help me but yet they expected us to do everything when they did not do as much one of them is her name is Jackie and the other one is Leo, horrible team leader, but yet they got hired to that spot let's talk more about Diana again I got in trouble for not telling her specifically that I had court one day but I remember that I told everybody above her that I had court that day and she still got mad at me. She is a very petty person not a lot of people like her she is one of the fakers people you'll ever meet. All I have to say is whoever sees us watch out if you want to apply for this job just get ready to deal with these people they're going to act nice at first but once they don't like you, or they see that they can walk over you, they will the only reason I let them is cause I was a high school dropout and I needed this job and now life opened a better opportunity for me, so I cannot deal with that bullshit all you have to know is they are horrible people they don't acknowledge Hardwork and one last thing I was there for like a year and never got a chance app being team leader, or the people who help the team leads. Meanwhile, there was one dude who did he only had two months and they chose him over me because Diana is a very petty person. I hope life goes well for her cause I'm not a hateful person, but just watch out if you guys want to play during the holidays.

I used target order for pick up. They do not pay attention when they pick your order for you. They fulfilled my order with a totally different brand and a 11 small basket. I order the taller 11 inch basket and a 13 inch basket. The basket was bright room. I ended up with a threshold brand basket. So, I had to call customer care. They are sending out another basket through the mail that will arrive a week later. This is a real inconvenience. They also stated they will give a refund. Haven't received the refund yet. I say just go shopping forget order pick up. Or just shop at Wal-Mart. If you have a substitute at Walmart they ask if you want it. They don't just give you whatever. I like Walmart pick up order better.

If I could give this target a zero I would. This place is so disgusting! The restrooms were not cleaned and no toilet paper at all! I told a manager and he just brushed me off like yeah we were already told someone is gonna fix it.

Security guy at target was acting up, and thinking he was all that with his little green-yellow suite of security, he was posting up and cussed me out, ( I wanna let him know that he gotta stop trynna act tought and fix that cut of hiss looks like him momma cut him with that edge up, and to act tought look like it

I absolutely dread this target, not because of the parking, not because of how messy it is but because of the employees that work here. They are either very incompetent, rude, or useless. This target makes shopping at Walmart a pleasure. All the employees here are so unapproachable, if it wasn't for the fact that the item I needed was only available here I would never go. The managers that run this target should be ashamed of themselves and how they represent this target but I'm beginning to think they are all incompetent as well. In other words I think all the managers here are all idiots. Why else would this target have such low ratings with the same complaints from several people.

Being accused of stealing on a regular day is bad enough but when it happens in front of my nanny kid that's unacceptable. The young lady who was supposed to be monitoring the self check out was three registers away chatting with an employee to preoccupied to notice that I actually paid for my items at the third self checkout instead of the fourth one that wasn't accepting credit cards. And when she approached me she said "ma'am you didn't finish your transaction" instead of asking me if I did. I said "of course I did" and I showed her my receipt. She did not offer an apology for not doing her job well. This occurred at 9:30 am on 1/29/19. Whoever she is, she needs to be re-trained.

The most disgusting restroom I've probably ever seen. I've seen restrooms in awful looking gas stations in the middle of no where with cleaner restrooms.

Parking was a disaster, though it is something to expect since it is connected to the mall. I rarely ever come to this location, but I was in the area and was on a mission for a particular item for throwing a party. Luckily that had it, and plenty of it! I was so relieved and happy! Items were plenty in stock, and I thought it was fairly organized. Checking out was okay, however the man that rang me up observed a little jittery. Maybe too much caffeine... regardless it was fine. Restroom was a disappointment. Your typical public restroom where you hesitate to go, but you really can't hold it anymore. Smells bad, piss everywhere, and no paper towels to dry your hands. No touch hand dryer at your finest, though I can't stand touching the door to leave the restroom. Ugh!

This place should suspend order pick up. They do not have a grasp on how to run that. I ordered 3 things thinking it would be convenient, I let them know I was on my way, when I got there no one was there except for one other car. I checked in and waited 30 mins before they brought me my order. I would have cancelled but it wasn't an option. Horrible service. Do not count on their order pick up service.

I think that all Target stores are held to a higher standard. Higher than Wal-Mart, H-E-B, or any other popular store in the Houston area Just because its TARGET! Simple. I come to Target simply because it's NOT Wal-Mart where they have awful customer service and 1000's of people with 2 lanes open. Well, Target you should be ashamed! I came on a Sunday and it was very busy and you all only had 2 lanes open! I stood in line for nearly an hour before there were any other opened up! Even then, it was 2. You guys have got to do better.

This Target is clean organised. Starbucks and ample parking. The thing that killed the experience was one cashier. A young Latino man in glasses pulled it out of water self-service using his ID to enter discounts if they didn't scan. I am neutral here it's Target not, Macy's but cashiers during a rush would be nice. Yet at leasr that young man stepped

The staff here is EXTREMELY rude. I asked for help and no one acknowledged me. One team member even completely ignored me. Do not come here. Go to another target, the staff here will treat you poorly.

The best part about this store is the location. It's right next to the mall, so if you're already in the area you can add it to your stops. The problem is, with the rest of the mall traffic, you often end up struggling to find parking on weekends and during Christmastime. They're stocked comparably to just about any other Target, though they do tend to stay open later than the other locations in the area. They have four self-checkout stations, which I tend to frequent, but they have more issues than any other self-checkout stations I've dealt with. I've had particular issues with items ringing up incorrectly and staff having to get it corrected. The staff is very helpful when you need something, but they have the memory of a goldfish. I say this from experience with about four employees there now. If you ask something and it's been more than five minutes, assume that they have completely forgotten what you had asked for. They also don't tend to restock well.

This Target is just ran through! I have never been to such a nasty run down target before. The trash can at the entrance was so overfilled, there was trash all over the floor around that trash can. There were dirty, bloody face masks on the floor, and just trash all over the place. It was disgusting, I wish I had pictures to show.

Meh. Your one stop shop. They've improved. A bit. Groceries. Frozen foods. Produce. Fancy. Upgrade from Walmart ayyy. Parking. The. Worst. EVER. Don't go to the mall. Period.

The line was very long only one person was working and there was many people in line. This was during the middle of the day. Cesar the cashier/cook was very sour with us. He also had to come to our table and ask for our order again because bforgot to input it in the machine. I also found a hair in my food "the grilled cheese". Lastly on a different occasion, we got kicked out for being in a group of 7 people. I don't know their excuse when they kicked us out. The manager was called on us and told us "you guys need to leave" and one of my friends asked why. He responded "it doesn't matter, I don't need to tell you". "You guys just just have to leave". If you need a description of the manager Incase you wanna get him fired he's a tall,white guy.

what a mess! Somebody needs to come clean up this place. The parking lot is ALWAYS crowded, people are fighting to get spots! The only good thing about this target is that it is at a convenient location or else I wouldn't even step foot in there.

I can't believe this a target, I mean the food is nice and all that but the staff are quite nonchalant. I asked one for help finding an item and did not get any help. In addition the food was not nicely arranged at all! The manager was helpful and polite but still that doesn't excuse the state of the store

The store is clean and organized. But their was a technical problem at the store this afternoon, with the debit/chip reader. As I stand in line, I see the two prior customer being turned away. Both customers were (I think) being asked if they could pay with cash. Along with another woman in line, at the register next to ours. Still, no announcement has been made that there is even a possible technical issue. After 15 minutes of waiting in line, i get to the register and the employee says nothing (STILL) about there maybe being any issue. I put my card in the reader, enter my PIN, and the charge goes thru as normal. Then he asks if I have cash instead. ??? He says the transaction didn't go through. Then of course since I dont have cash he asks if i'd like to hold the items. Luckily I only had two items. And as I'm walking away from the register, THEN he announces to the rest of the line to only have cash payments ready. Obviously, technical difficulties occur sometimes and especially in the world we live in. But how this was handled was very very unsatisfactory.

I do not go to Target much.. but I stopped by yesterday and stayed for two hours. Shopped children's, stationary, cookies. Fresh meat and TOYS, TOYS TOYS.. great selection of toys. I also waS lucky at checkout.. EMILY was so SWEET. I had 3 gift cards and she really tried. Nice young lady..!!

My spouse had ordered several packages of diapers, wipes, & much more from this location for curbside pickup and I have been the one to pick them up several times. Usually the process works but last night it didn't. I went inside for them to scan my barcode and they wouldn't release the products we purchased if my spouse wasn't present. She was at home with two sick kids... even though I had the barcode and MY ID, I was denied the ability to pick up the items we had purchased. Tried to add myself to the people "able to pick up items" but the app keeps saying "oops, something went wrong". I've picked up multiple orders in my vehicle that my spouse ordered but wasn't present for and was able to get the items no problem. Why are there different standards for the different pick up options... even once a barcode is presented? I tried to call the store but it rang and rang.

Shove it you rude bitch! Go home! You would not open the package on an ipad case that I wanted to try! Policy my ass! Exactly why I dont shop at your store! I am spending $120 on accessories... Up yours!

Theres two things that you need to know about this Target location, 1: Its Target and I could spend all day in Target shopping 2: Its attached to a GIANT mall and I could spend all day in a GIANT mall shopping! Perfect location and well laid out.

I call this the pantry Target. It's got your basics but the selection is limited. Women's clothing is not like you see at other Targets. It's very limited and terrible. Parking is a hassle because it's connected to the mall. I go early in the mornings or after the mall closes to avoid crowds. But honestly this Target is a downright disappointment. The nearby Walmart is better or HEB. If it had the quality of other Targets (doesn't have to be super Target) I'd brave the crowds to go here.

This is probably the worst Target I've ever been to. It began with the chaotic parking situation. I wasn't even looking for a close spot and drove around for about 20 minutes. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that the store was a mess. There was trash on the floors and the first department at the entryway was in total disarray. Made our way to the baby department and struggled to find anything for newborns. Then went to the cards and couldn't find the baby cards! It was a small section in the corner. Stopped at the ladies restroom on the way out and, omg, it was the worst. There was no air circulation, it smelled awful and there was toilet paper all over the floor. We stopped here because it was convenient for where we were but will never go there again. I'd rather drive than have to stop there. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
