Avoid this place. We stayed for 4 nights and were moved between 3 different rooms due to unresolved air conditioning issues. Despite the inconvenience, we received no apology from management. The WiFi was unreliable, and one of the rooms had a strong chemical smell. Communication with the manager (only available via WhatsApp) was unpleasant, although the housekeeping staff were kind. Unfortunately, the overall experience was exhausting—poorly maintained facilities, constant disruptions, and street noise at night meant we didn’t rest properly and lost valuable time during the day. Easily the worst stay we’ve had—definitely not worth your time or money.

Honestly would avoid this place at all cost. Aircon was not working in one room in the middle of a heatwave, moved to another room with slightly better aircon. The place was not clean on the last day I woke up with bed bug bites all over me there was multiple bed bugs in the bed. Let management know and they didn’t care much just said thankyou for letting us know, left a review on booking.com and they replied saying it was a lady bug when it most definitely was not. The main door is always left open, mould in the shower, and extremely dirty throughout the whole hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE

Nice hotel with helpful staff.. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is also, the location is very good in the center and the transportation is close so you will not face any difficulty in moving.. The price is very suitable with what the hotel offers but I left the last star because of the reservation coordination where if you do not put your phone number you may face difficulty in entering the hotel especially at night because it is located in a closed building and you need the lock numbers to enter (and the only way to send them to you is by phone) as the reception staff work part-time and are not present permanently and if it were not for the coincidence of opening the external door by some residents I would not have been able to stay in the hotel especially since the hotel phone number in the email is wrong and you find the new number on the internal door of the reception, with all of the above will I return next time.. Definitely yes. Mohammed Alazzawi

Location is great! Rooms are large enough for two people, I especially liked high ceiling. Bathrooms are clean and cleaned every day. The curtains in the window need refreshing, washing them at least twice a year would make the rooms feel fresh.

In my 20 years of overseas travel experience, there has never been a place that ruined my trip like this. The employee spoke to me harshly, almost threateningly, and even treated me like a mentally ill person, behaving in a way that was difficult to understand. I tried notifying the owner, perhaps his manager, about the employee's behavior, but he ignored it without apologizing. When I call, they rarely answer, and when they do, they are quite rude. Their English skills are so poor that conversation is difficult. Thanks to you, my dream holiday in Rome became a nightmare in Rome. If you want to completely ruin your trip, choose this place.

We checked into the hotel last week and can offer some observations to help you decide whether to stay here or not.|PROS: * Within walking distance of Termini station, Piazza della Repubblicca, metro stations, plenty of restaurants, and a little supermarket very close by.|*When we contacted the manager re. Issues with the room or wirh questions about taxis etc. he was very helpful and rectified most problems very quickly.|*The housekeeper was friendly and cleaned the room well in addition to providing clean towels daily.|*The Wi-Fi worked well so we were always connected.|*There is an elevator so you don't have to carry your heavy suitcases up 3 flights.|* The shower was satisfactory. There was lots of hot water and good pressure.|CONS* The A/C didn't work until a few days before we left.|*With the window open, you get lots of noise and some awful smells that come wafting up.|*There was a constant leak from the bidet which meant having towels on the floor to soak up the puddles. This made the bathroom smell. Problem was never fixed although Fabio said he"d called someone.|* There was no vanity in the bathroom so nowhere to put you toiletries.|* The front desk isn't usually manned so it's a problem when you want to get advice or another room key right away although Fabio did a good job remotely.| So I would say my assessment of my stay was 50/50. The price was right for this location so that"s why we chose this hotel.|I commend Fabio and his cleaning staff for doing their best when we had a problem or special request. |It's definitely not the Ritz but if you want a clean, basic hotel room within walking distance of the sights, this is a pretty good bet.

This is a budget place, we stay for only few hours to catch the train, walking distance to the train station around 7-8 minutes. Becaful to bump your head, as The entrance gate is extremely low. The room is tidy and clean No one @the reception, mini bar is empty and there are small flies in it, there's no service, no one @reception as we arrive around 7pm 2-3 tea bags included. there are kids running & screaming over the hallway, a bit annoying, fortunately they stopped after awhile

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and 1st impressions were resonable. This changed when each evening between 6pm and 8pm we had no hot water to shower with. Having approached reception to advise of the situation I was forced to ask to speak to the manager/owner when problem persisted. I was advised they would be at the premises within 20mins but only night porter arrived who offered no solution. I was then told the owner would meet me the following morning but again no one turned up. Staff were friendly enough but didn't appear to appreciate that showering with cold water was not acceptable. We were forced to plan returning to the hotel before 6pm in order to wash with warm water which isn't good enough. ||We only received breakfast on our 1st morning with no explanation offered as to why it was provided on any other day. ||Shower head covered in mould and why provide tea making facilities if tea bags etc aren't replenished> Kettle also has limescale inside it. No offer to change towels. ||This hotel has the oppourtunity to be a great place to stay in Rome but much work is required to up the standards. Wouldn't recommend.
