Target

Usually everyone I encounter here is pretty nice but today I went in to get some stockings and grabbed $20 ones instead of the $10 ones and didn’t realize till I went to self checkout. As I was telling the lady that I grabbed the wrong ones she grabbed them out of my hand and called the next person in line before I could even finish my sentence. I would get it if they were busy but there was other Registers open so I could tell she did it out of spite to interrupt me. Please make sure all your employees get trained for customer service.

This place is huge and has a great selection of items. They have great prices and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is the largest Target I have ever been in. It is very clean and organized.

This is located in Kannapolis and the new library branch here is the latest addition to an already great complex. Getting ina nd out is easier from the west side which helps to avoid the busy all way stop and customer traffic.

We haven’t been in this Target store in a couple years and went today around 4:00. What the heck happened this place is absolutely filthy! There is no way there is anyone in charge here! I know what store managers make and there is no way they would let this place get this bad. My skin is crawling just from walking in and then I made the mistake of walking in the bathroom. I’ve been in porta potties that were much cleaner. Shame on you Target for letting this happen.

USED to be great! This Target has hired far less than par employees as of late. I mostly use drive up, but have had to stop shopping here. Items are often "out of stock" but if I go into the store I can find the item myself. Items are delivered spoiled, damaged and just tossed in your car like it's a problem to bring them out to you. I haven't picked up a full order in months now. Multiple employees are beyond rude and don't even speak with a simple Hello when they get to your door, and they complete your crappy order by slamming your door like they are angry they had to come outside. Their store manager couldn't care less about his customers or employees from the looks and actions of this store. It's a sad day when Walmart far exceeds my experience at Target.

I love some Target, but am about done walking in the stores bc of the AT&T sales people. Totally understand sales, but these people are confrontational & don’t know when to quit.

This target here used to be pretty good until they started hiring people who barely help you when u ask.. stare at you like your crazy ….dont want to work & laugh and giggle when certain things have offended you. Also if you need change for” big dollar”bills like a 20 lol don’t go to customer service supposedly you have to buy something in order to get change super dumb. Majority of the folk that work at this particular one are very strange. The Customer service here is verrryyyy awful.

This is a great store. Well stocked, clean organized and welcoming. Positive shopping experience, always!

Very disappointed I was not able to try on a pair of Meta Glasses. When I asked if I could try them on the salesperson simply said no. I asked how would I know if I like them if I could not try them on? He shrugged his shoulders and said the display was not theirs and they did not allow anyone to try them on. Ridiculous. What is the purpose of selling a product like that without being able to try them on?

Target is usually preferred over a Super Walmart when it's household goods and personal hygiene items. The Super Target in Kannapolis has a very large parking lot, even has a delivery center for those shoppers who order online. It was relatively easy to navigate the store, but the lines were long for the cashier compared to self checkout. I wish they could of opened up another checkout line to handle the heavy lunch crowd today.

This was a really nice, clean, spacious, well stocked Target to come to while I was in the Charlotte area. I grabbed dinner from L&L across the way then came here to grab some goodies for dessert and R&R before retiring to my motel. I got some wine, ice cream (try Jeni's Gooey Butter Cake if you haven't yet), some face masks, bubble bath, and some chocolate. It's always fun just walking around Target looking for a deal - and deals were found. It was a very relaxing, calm location - not crowded at all, which is nice. The workers were all friendly, although I ended up just using self checkout. I definitely would recommend this location if you need something while in the area. It was a pleasant experience.

I was looking for katseyes new album "beautiful chaos" and I found one left but it was open, and there was no cd in it. I was trying to find a target employee and could NOT find one. Once I found one, I was trying to walk towards her. She saw me and started walking really quickly to the back room. I'm very disappointed in this target and will NOT be coming back. 100% don't recommend if you are trying to look for an employee for help.

Target has really stepped up its game to be inclusive! I love all the new items. From Black History Month Tees to inclusive planners. If you are looking for some great items for 2022; this is it! Now... about the redesign! Ugh!! Still getting used to the layout of the store. All the "paper products" are when you walk in to the right. So that's Planners, Cards, Notebooks etc

I was trying to call about a black Friday deal for an hour and a half and no one answered the phone. I've been up there about every day looking for some Pokémon cards and never have anything restocked big disappointment for my son.

Customer service is bottom of the barrel. Did a pick up order and items were forgotten. It's ok, stuff happens. However, when I noticed $30 worth of sunscreen was missing, I called multiple departments in the store and no one picked up. Guess they were on smoke/vape breaks? Since you all are in the same parking lot as Chick-fil-A, maybe they can school your employees on customer service.

This time there were multiple employees to help in the return/exchanges + online order pick up section. Half a star to that but still she scanned my order from the email and then went across the whole store. From return and exchanges thats around the greeting card section she went to the bakery and made a right. This process bugs me when they say my item is ready for pick up why is it not in the same counter where they scan my order. Its just a coffee mug, Still a big nice store but no efficient work process.

There commercial indicates that they have several aisles of WICKED merchandise. I found this to be a lie! They had a tiny endcap with a few blankets and pillows, nothing else. No calendars, cups or other items. You'd think they'd have all of the merchandise in one area. I was very disappointed!!

I appreciate the number of self-check out kiosks here. There was plenty for everyone to use without having to wait in line. The parking lot can be quite a mess as it's closed in with cars coming from every direction. I would suggest driving safely around this area, especially on Saturdays.

I enjoy coming to this Target. It is clean, brightly lit, well organized, and well stocked. I especially like the grocery side. They have many items that a supermarket may not have. If you like Ben and Jerry's ice cream they carry several exclusive flavors! The home accessory section is full of cool household items at decent prices. There's a Pizza Hut Express and a Starbuck's inside the store. They have a decent selection of electronics. The clothing and shoe sections are large here. The self checkout is large. They also maintain cashiers at an ample amount of registers for easy checkout. The cashiers are friendly.

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS TARGET!!!!! As a lay consumer at Target.com, I have no reason whatsoever to know of what "Shipt" is. When I place an order for "same-day delivery" and pay the $9.99 fee, I don't care what apparatus Target uses to tender the delivery to me. Whether you use Shipt, Roadie, DoorDash, or Aunt Franky on her road bike, it doesn't matter to me as a customer. All I know is that it cost $9.99 and I just add tip for the kind human who made the effort. So. When I have a problem with an item or the delivery itself (ANY aspect of the delivery), I should be able to call Target.com and not have the customer service representative claim it's not Target's fault, but rather, it's "Shipt" who is the responsible party. Do you expect a lay consumer to open up some boilerplate and sit there and read through what the contours of Target and Shipt's relationship are? what? I ordered it on TARGET.COM. I transacted business on TARGET.COM. The item was sold by TARGET.COM. I gave my credit card information on TARGET.COM. The order confirmation, completion, and receipts are all from or on TARGET.COM. As a customer, I should be able to call Target.com with an order-related issue and not be told that someone else is responsible. I am not a savvy professional like you guys are. I am just some lady with too much time to waste. How the fuck should I know what Shipt is if I ordered it on Target. YOU are ultimately responsible for the order. If there is some internal confusion about which internal entity or partner handles customer support in specific situations, you need to hash that out behind the scenes and not have your own confusion spill out in a REAL customer service context. A while back i went to this store and the employees are the worst i've ever dealt with. This is why i order online now and i cannot believe this store is still running. i've seen many people walk out UNSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. I will never shop at this location ever again and you shouldn't either. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your time PERIOD.

I came to target to pick up a steak and some McCormick steak seasoning for dinner. The store was changed around since the last time I came here. The shelves were well stocked and neat and the store was impeccably clean! The only drawback was there was none on the floor to ask a question. The one person I saw in a red target shirt was in a rush to take his lunch break and moving pretty fast so I dare not get in his way! After a few minutes I was able to locate everything on my list. Stop cutting back on employees and put some people on the floor Target!

Stopped in here with family in December as they were doing shopping after a long day of trying to get me from the Charlotte airport. It wasn't too crazy crowded, the store itself was clean and had some selection in items and I don't really have complaints. It's a typical suburban location where you feel like people are actually doing their jobs vs. just slacking off.

I visit different Targets occasionally , this is my 2nd time at this Target in a Month. My visit was great both visits. The shelves were stocked with items I wanted. I will return to this Target on my next visit . Keep up the good job Target. The employee that was covering the self Checkout was helpful and she had a great personality.

Everything for an amazing shopping experience is here. It is no wonder I love Target! Simple, interactive gift registry, no hassle returns. Friendly, efficient customer service. Great sale prices and they often have harder to find items here. Did I mention fantastic home decor. Cute clothes and killer clearance items. It is also pretty easy to find an associate when you need help. It's true... The love affair deepens with every visit. Having said that, you can get one bad manager who ruins your entire shopping experience. Which is what happened here today, which resulted in poor customer service. Anyone can have a bad day, which is what I hope is all the issue was here. Often the lines could be shorter. There is rarely anyone at the jewelry counter, and the prices are not Walmart. But this is Target and I love it.

So what can I say that so many others haven't about Target? I can tell you that with my near daily visits to this place (I live literally right behind the store) that I've really gotten to know everyone here and most I have become good friends with. An outstanding customer experience every visit! This store is one of the most well kept in the area. It seems that the Mooresville store becomes a zoo and it's hard to keep a zoo in order. Huntersville has major crowds as well and it doesn't help that it is a considerably smaller store with limited perishables like Produce (and not a deli to speak of). When you step back and watch how the employees operate, they work as a team and keep a 'guest-first' attitude while stocking or making aisles or displays look presentable. My favorite part about this store is the fact that their produce section is very open, clean, and well stocked with a good selection. You go to some locations and the produce is tucked into a corner and it seems as though one person is working half the store. Not here, I've always been able to find a friendly associate to help me if needed. There are some speciality perishables I have to go to Harris Teeter for, but 95% of the time it is a convenient stop on my way home. Their 5% off with a RedCard combined with Cartwheel (google it if you're unfamiliar) can save you a ton of money if you're a Target loyal. Ask a cashier or the customer service desk as they have debit and credit options. I definitely applaud the management team here, as attitude always reflects leadership and you can tell they run a tight ship.

Best Selection around. My wife has already started Christmas shopping and bought camera's for two of the Granddaughter's. No stores have more than one of the hardshell camera cases that she wanted. After several other stores and three Targets, we tried this one and found exactly what we wanted. Store is well stocked, sales people are great and knowledgable about their merchandize and pricing is very reasonable. I really like this particular store and even though others are closer to where I live, will be shopping here more often.

It has taken me a few visits (so?!) to fig out exactly what makes this Target indeed super to me: It has a deli. The deli sells many ready-to-eat items including baked goods, salads, wraps, snack packs, etc. The items that are sold from this area are usually pretty fresh. There is also a Jamba Juice, Starbucks and optical center within. It contains a full grocery department (yay!) My only gripe w/ this location is that there is oftentimes a battle for carts! If you visit during peak times good luck scavenging for a shopping cart, ha! Since this is Super Target, they tend to have a greater selection in every department than a regular Target will have (i.e. way too much stuff to peruse;-) Obviously, this location is pretty massive. Sometimes I intentionally get lost in here. As typical of Target, service is usually efficient. Yes, this is "as good as it gets" for a Target! Needless to say, this is definitely my favorite Target :-)

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. It was fully stocked with all sorts of items. I will be back

This has been my new target for over a year now since I've moved from the Gastonia area and honestly I am not very impressed at all. I'm usually never the kind to leave reviews but after one too many trips of things being a total mess I had to say something. I'm sure it's hard to stay on top of things, but every single time I have been in there the clothes and shoes are always extremely messy! Things are never in any sort of order size wise, style wise, etc. Also, bigger isn't always better. I'm not trying to hate on super targets because I do like to buy groceries and things from there, but I certainly enjoyed my smaller target in Gastonia much more!

This Target is very dirty in-and-out. Outside the doors a garbage is are overflowing. Bathrooms and toilets and floors are ridiculous and disgusting especially for a million or a billion dollar company its disappointing. I spend a ton of money here at this location and online. Today I just walked out. Both entrance and exits have trash on the floor. It just does not make sense they know that they are a high traffic store so why not have the proper staff in place especially for a Saturday. And even if you don't that man is mid can help out with this so that customers will have to sperienced this period

First of all I love all Targets. But I especially love this one. Well stocked, organized, friendly staff and great clearance sections (and normal sales). Whenever I come home to Charlotte this is always the Target I head to. The store is located in a large strip mall that has other stores (dollar store, Marshalls, Sally's Beauty..) so you can easily bounce around from store to store, though I usually never need to since Target has EVERYTHING. What I like most about this Target is their great grocery section - tons of varieties for each product and lots of Target brand (Market Pantry) items. The clothing section is also pretty big and I always find something to buy. Great store, dangerous for my wallet

Oh how I love the super targets. Bigger can be better. They have limited staff, but I always use the you scan for price checks or paging someone if I need them for assistance which is rare.They always come running when I do the page... literally have you ever tried it?! No matter the time of day someone sprints to the phone to help. It's in a shopping development with other places and there is a limited entrance and exit. Whosever did the architecture lost me on this one. Clearly there is a demand and god forbid there was a real emergency ppl would be stuck. Anyway, the store is clean and items are fresh. The staff are friendly and the prices are nice. Great place. So why isn't every target a super target?!

Used to live within walking distance of this store and did a ton of shopping here. Still do. Great selection, great prices. Use the Target/Cartwheel app for better deals on almost everything.

I go in this Target multiple times a week. While I've never had a bad experience, I don't usually think to leave a review. This time went as smoothly as usual so I wanted to finally give praise to the employees going about their jobs so that I never have to stress about grocery shopping. Donna in particular was very pleasant to deal with and if her coworkers are reading this I hope they will relay my gratitude for her work. She is a valuable member to the team!

My friends and family don't understand why I get so excited when I see a Target...but let's be real here--for the past 3-ish years, I've lived 1.5-2 hours away from one, and they wouldn't recognize my address as an actual place. :'( So imagine my happiness at finding a Super Target!?!? I came here mostly for the groceries, because I have zero excuse to be spending money on anything right now. I unfortunately couldn't find very many awesome deals, but I got everything I needed for the next 2 weeks of meals for $20 (4 lbs baby carrots, 2 tubs of hummus, whole wheat pasta, 5 sweet potatoes, pasta sauce, a big tub of 0% Fage Greek yogurt, and...I forgot what else), so I can't really complain!

This is our neighborhood Target. I go here weekly! Usually drive up but sometimes it's nice to just go inside and let the spirit of Target guide you. I've taken a friend to this location and she was like "it's like a mall in here!" Which is legit bc they have everythingggg. Its always clean too, every department. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but I wanted to add my 5 stars bc this Target should be rated 5 stars on google for sure.

Ordered running shorts online and ordered them too big. Upon calling the customer service line I was told could not exchange for a smaller size. So I said, ok fine. I'm returning them then. Customer service rep (if you could call her that) said take them back to the store. If I wanted to shop in the store I wouldn't have ordered them online!! Never again.

This Target is ok...the layout is different from my local Mooresville one & the employees aren't as friendly. Also, it seems a bit more dirty. I have bought a few grocery items here before, (no produce) & these items were fine. They have ample parking, as they share a huge shopping complex with other stores & restaurants. Easy on & off I-85.

This location does not help there customers. They new associates don't know what they are doing. They are completely uneducated in how to do there job and the old employees are so rude! You can't say anything without them easing there voice even if your polite to them they are so rude!

This is one of the best Targets I've ever been too and I'm so glad that's in Concord! So after all the renovations they did they have a lot more displays in the aisles which is really cool than your average grocery store experience. I also like all the displays they have in the home section of the store. I do a lot of my grocery shopping here and they have a huge grocery section complete with a deli and bakery section. They always have enough cashiers and I've never had to wait super long in the checkout line. I haven't tried it yet but they also have curbside pickup where you order online and they bring your groceries out to you.

My last resort. Customer service at this location is horrible. When you need help there's no one around and if they are they can't answer the question. I had a gift card for target so I had to go there to buy Christmas presents and they were more expensive than other places. My only saving grace was my cashier. A very very nice young man that had just moved here from Virginia I believe. He was so nice and talked to me as if he had known me for years. He asked how I would be spending the holidays and sadly I told him my dad had passed away in August and that our family seemed to be running away instead of towards each other... So, it was just going to be me and my 2 youngest children this year and that we would just be at home. Then he told me he had just moved here and he was just going to watch Netflix for Christmas. *I kicked myself the whole way home for not inviting him to come and at least have lunch with us. I hate he was all by himself. I know how that feels and it's not fun. So be thankful if u have parents that want you to be around. I know of some who could care less.

The recent remodel has taken some time to get used to, but this is still one of my favorite stores. Prices are a little high on some items, but quality is unsurpassed. Double check your receipts because clearance items are often mislabeled.

Oh ya! Taaaaaaaaaarget. I love the location, sometimes I would just go here to avoid sitting in traffic. I always spend forever in here. I think the employees are a little leery of me because I come so often. But I love it! I use the Pharmacy but the rewards aren't great anymore so I have since changed locations. The staff is pretty nice though but price is king. I love that Target sends out coupons that I can actually use from time to time. The prices are a higher on some things that most stores but its not as stressful as going to Walmart.

We dealt with Alyson in the customer service department and she went above and beyond to help us. We were returned a defective product and the store didn't have a replacement for us in at the moment or on the way. She helped us out by finding something to fit our needs before we left the store. My husband, daughter and I were very pleased with her service and continued to shop throughout the store afterwards. Very happy with our experience and will be returning for all our shopping needs. Not at all impressed with this Target. I've been shopping at this Target for the past 4 years and it hasn't gotten any better. The lines are always so very long, they have very few cashiers. This Store is the dirtiest Target I've ever been to. The produce is always awful!! And oh my the expired items!! : / They do not take their expired items off the shelves, maybe employees slacking off not sure but it's awful!! It seems they just push the expired items in the back instead of taking them off the shelves. I have literally found 6 month to 1 year expired items at this store!! I use to accidentally purchase expired items from there often and would have to take them back. Now I have to take the time to check everything!! I've even found meat that is expired!!! I only keep going here because I don't have many other options. Hoping it gets better!!

I went to the pharmacy and got a flu shot and the pharmacist was wonderful. Even helped with with non-flu questions. Went there since it was an hour wait for the cvs minute clinic inside the store. Took my daughter for her flu shot a couple of days later and it was a totally different experience with a different pharmacist. Instead of coming around the counter and having my (16 yr. old) daughter sit for the shot, she had her stand up and the pharmacist just leaned over the counter and gave her the vaccine. Within 2 minutes my daughter passed out. Luckily there was a chair behind her. She was getting worse and they didn't know what to do so an employee ran to the minute clinic and got the Nurse Practitioner who was absolutely wonderful. Within 15 minutes my daughter had recovered and could walk out of the store but it's scary to think what could have happened if the NP wasn't on site.

Went in around 10am on Black Friday and it was only moderately busy. Electronics was probably the most crowded. Had to find a couple items from the ad flyer, so I found an employee. He didn't have an answer, but walked me to a person that would. The handoff was so pleasant as both employees stopped their stocking duties to help. Then had one more item to find and another stock person stopped their duties and walked me to the right place. Was awesome customer service on a busy day. None of the three employees seemed at all bothered to help (which can happen sometimes). Lastly, had a price come up wrong in the scan and the customer service desk immediately refunded me the difference. I know all of this is "their job", but it doesn't happen everywhere and on a day where everyone's nerves can get a little frazzled-they did a great job! Thanks to the management and staff for setting a great customer service example!

Always clean, always stocked. Customer service is friendly. They need to add more cashiers, it seems like I'm always in a long line, but the cashiers themselves are friendly.

This is your average super target, they have what you want and the lines are short. I love that there is plenty of parking and it's close to 85. One thing I would recommend is that they hire more employees. If you can't find something or need help, you're out of luck. Overall, it's a good store. I was surprised at the meat selection; a lot of good stuff. I will definitely be going back

Customer service is always so rude, I had a baby registry and needed some items returned and when I return an item the lady at customer service was really rude, she was telling me the items weren't sold at target but clearly it was. This wasn't the first time they've been rude to me. I don't normally return items but I was getting duplicate baby furnitures.

I have been loving Target since the 80s while living in CA, my go to store. There were no Walmarts there at the time. Moved here in 92 to WHAT NO CLOSE TARGET?! When we finally got it I was so psyched. It's such a nicer experience entirely than WM. It's quieter, the shopping carts don't even make noise rolling along. All the employees are so nice and helpful but not intrusively so. The merchandise - can always count on Target to have something different and exciting, unlike WM. I am a person who generally hates shopping, but at Target it's a genuine pleasure. The store is always neat and orderly, the aisles are wide and not cramped and I love the way they have the produce laid out. I have only rarely not been able to find what I was looking for. Awesome store!!

I love this target! I can always fine what I need here! I stop in all the time on my way home from Charlotte to Salisbury. They have the best selections. Of course Target is a little pricier than other Department Stores but you really do pay for quality there most of the time. I love their selections for Home decorating. You can really find some unique and creative things in all colors. They also have a really nice plus size selection. And it's really current and well made clothing. Now most general groceries, I don't buy from here, because I can usually get it somewhere else cheaper. But when I'm looking for unique selections that cater to a certain diet or lifestyle, this is the place I go!

Clean and neat, the store is well kept and enjoyable to shop at. The lines are always short, which is nice, but the customer service is right in line with about everywhere else's, nothing exceptional

I absolutely LOVE this Target! It is my go to Target and I am here several times a week. The guys in the Pharmacy are absolutely awesome!!! They know us by name and even say hi when we aren't even using the Pharmacy. The store is always clean and well stocked. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff is a solid four or more. It all depends on which associate you get. The hours of the deli seem to fluctuate a bit too much. They have been closed before their posted hours on more than one occasion due to the associates needing to catch the last bus home. The Starbucks inside can be hit or miss. Your drink may or may not be made to recipe every time. On the positive side, their grocery prices are THE best around compared to Harris Teeter and Publix. I actually bought my groceries for the week when Publix opened up and compared them to the prices on both Target's and Harris Teeter's apps and shopping at Target every week would have saved me $1,200 annually! This is one of the only Super Targets in the area so it is PACKED on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. You are best off to shop during the weekday if you can help it, otherwise come prepared to deal with people moving at glacial passes and blocked aisles. All in all, this Target is definitely a solid 4.5.

I shop here regularly, sometimes picking up an internet order. Never had an issue until now. On December 27th I placed an order to be picked up at this store. It took until January 5th to get the item to the store, nine days. On the 5th, I received an email, late in the day telling me the ordered arrived and I had till Sunday ( two days) to pick it up. I was tied up most of the weekend, but there was a place on their web site to request additional pick up time. Problem is it didn't work. Started a chat with CS, they said order was already canceled. The store wasn't even closed yet. They wanted me to call another number to see what could be done. I had been on hold for a rep for 8 minuets and spent another 15 minutes. I told the rep it appears Target wants this item more than I do.Later I tried to send an email to express my frustration to them. No way to send an email, only phone/chat. Not interested in waiting in line again. With retail stores getting pummeled by Amazon, rigid policies and avoiding contact with customers is just dumb. I spend a lot of money at Target each year, well I used to anyway. So long .

Thank you to the lovely girl in Customer Service who helped me today. How refreshing. I needed to make some photos. She took the time to assist this technologically challenged grandmother work the photo kiosk. It meant a lot. My little five year old granddaughter wanted to put a picture of her grandfather in a locket. Thank you for your sweet smile and able assistance!! Bravo!!!
