Target

I'm visiting from out of state for a funeral and so needed to make a stop at Target. I don't know if there's something going on but there were so many deals that my trip for nail polish evolved into a huge shopping spree. I spent over $500 and felt bad for the cashier, Arthur, but he was such a champ and super kind. He was a great representation of what Target embodies.

So I dropped in here while in the area on business because hey I like target and I’m assuming this would be like all the rest. I gotta say it’s a little different than the Ohio targets I go to because I see that CVS is set up in conjunction here and I don’t think I’ve seen that in my local target. Also noticed that they have a small floral area which I haven’t noticed that in my local target either. Yeah this place is nice neat clean bright everything you would expect in the big box chain at target. Now to me that seems like a very well laid out store and pretty large but evidently it’s one of the smaller ones in there chain. In fact I spoke to the one in workers they’re looking for some products and asked about the store and they told me it was one of the smaller and older stores the 19th one ever built. I find that surprising because the store is very clean neat and nice I would’ve never thought that it was an older store I would’ve thought it was just a couple years in the production. Hey but with all that junk inside this place gets a double thumbs up because it is nice to meet seems like a safe environment and it’s got everything you could want to clean An organized way. I have to give it a good recommendation all the staff seem incredibly friendly and willing to help

This location needs some help….. ac is out and they are having to use portable commercial units. It’s currently the big Fourth of July sale, yet there is no sale signage on the floor at all. Dressing rooms were unreasonable. I had to check 5 before I found one that wasn’t full of product. Most had things on the floor that someone could trip over…..

I love target and kitchenaid it’s my favorite brand to buy stuff for my kitchen I have this meabe for more than 20 years

They have things that I love and I love that the pets are up front etc. BUT THIS LINE AT 9:00 AT NIGHT IS INEXCUSABLE. AND THIS IS THE THIRD NIGHT IN A ROW SO I'M GOING TO POST A PICTURE OF IT THIS TIME AND MAYBE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE NOTICE. If this continues I just won't be able to come to Target anymore. IT IS ABSOLUTELY INEXCUSABLE.

I think it's probably time to just go ahead and shut this Target location down...or even just remodel it? Maybe relocate? And then hire a staff who care even a little bit, or better yet, just hire some real leaders! That might just make the shopping experience at this location one that won't be an infuriating hellscape.

An item I brought to self checkout today was missing a sticker to scan it. I waited for someone to come help. They stood there and scrolled on their work phone for many minutes looking for the item in the system. They looked at me and stared for a bit. They then said they’d go ask someone. They disappeared for a while and came back and asked if it was the only one. I said no, but in the time they were gone, I found it on my Target app and we input the item manually. I went to checkout / pay and for no known reason, my Target card’s chip wouldn’t work. They printed a slip and went to another register. It still wouldn’t work. I asked if we could input the numbers on the Target card instead of using the chip since there is no swipe feature. The cashier said no. I paid with my debit card instead and asked how to fix my Target card. The cashier said, “I don’t know. Maybe call our customer service.” I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect help when it isn’t. I’m not interested in spending my own time calling a 1-800 # to fix an issue I didn’t create. Especially for a business I spend so much money at.

I came straight to Target from the airport with my Lyft driver to do a pickup order. Mostly things I like to have in my hotel room for my stay during the week (e.g., bottles of water, snacks, liquid hand soap, etc.). I usually place my order the morning of my flight so that it’s ready at my destination by the time I arrive. Overall, love Target’s drive-up feature because it’s reliable and I can go to any Target location. Plus, the value can’t be beat!
