Target

I normally enjoy shopping at Target, as we are weekly shoppers but this location is consistently disappointing and needs new management. The store is often dirty, with bathrooms that look like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Shelves are messy, unorganized, and many areas are low on stock or completely empty. It makes it difficult to find what I need and takes away from the shopping experience. I hope management addresses these issues soon, because this store could be so much better with proper upkeep and restocking. I suggest having the Mansfield TX location manager come out and assist because it’s becoming unacceptable.

If I don’t want to drive far, I come here quickly, and the customer service is amazing. I feel relaxed and not rushed every time I visit. I stocked up on laundry products like Downy Ultra Detergent, Gain, Arm&Hammer Oxi Clean, Downy Scent Beads, Downy Toasted Vanilla Scent Beads, and dryer sheets. My laundry room is now stocked, and I’m receiving a new washer! I love coming home to wash clothes and fold towels. I’ll miss this apartment once I upgrade. 😭 I found some nice storage organizers once I moved.

I have shopped Black History Month at this location for years. Today 1/26/25 was the release date for in-store & online BHM items. As you can see the display is ready but without items. Per the staff & a Mgr...the items must still be on the truck. However, per the Target app these items show in stock...which could mean on the truck - I guess. With the recent news of Targat reneging on their DEI stance.....this is truly not a good look. And I hope that their new DEI stance & the rolling out of the BHM items are not connected.

I’m so disappointed in this Target. Lately this place has been a mess. There’s things all over the floor and the restrooms were just horrible. There is also a bunch of teenagers just running around and being destructive all over the store making the shopping experience a horrible one and security does nothing about it. Please do better. It makes me so sad to think that I’m going to have to go to the cedar hill target instead when this one is just down the street from me. 😩

Clean and less crowded then other options in the area. Very easy to get in and out. Unfortunately they have limited selections on some grocery items.

Thank you to the amazing Manager who did us all a huge favor in providing the best onyx Storm release experience. Not only did she bring it all to the front for purchase at the front desk but everyone also responded in a single file line with no disrespect & followed all politely. Why this place look like a teenagers closet? Oof Thought I would shop here instead of Walmart thinking it would be a little nicer. Wow was I wrong.

I have called 6 times today no matter what i push on my phone trying to reach someone that works here they never answer the phone so I guess I'll just go to Walmart instead since they can't be bothered with phone calls

Clean aisles although it's not very good stocked, stopped by the home (dinning ) and they were running super low I mean almost empty on cups, plates, forks etc. I do have to agree with other reviews saying that they often just have one or two lanes open, they rely mostly on the self checkout which the line can get super long when there's more than 6 people. I love that they're disinfecting after every customer uses a register makes me feel like they're taking their customers. Overall pretty basic target nothing stands out but not too bad either.

Honestly, the Target management really could improve. This store is in desperate need of some TLC. It's hard to see how anyone can shop in such chaos. It felt more like a TJMaxx or Ross, and frankly, those stores look better! Clothes were scattered everywhere, making it overwhelming. We eventually gave up and left because it was too stressful to find anything.

I love Target. It's people are always so pleasant, store clean, etc. But I had to share this because it is so alarming. Bought these boots and my daughter wore them ONE DAY. While wearing them, we watched in half horror/disbelief as ... see for yourself. One time. One time wearing these $30-something books and this ... I wonder about the quality of product now and caution against buying ANY shoes from Target.

The issue is basic cleanliness. As you can see here I have NEVER seen a beauty department sooooo disgusting in a Target in my entire life on Earth. This is gross, abusive of product, and simply unkept. The department workers and managers should have gotten the culprits who graffitied the department with nail polish. This is ridiculous. Other customers were just as shocked. Some said this is gross and OMG. I just believe some polish remover needed to be damaged out and used per management to remove all the polish. More pride should be taken in the local store. Where was security when these "customers" were ruining the department. The two stars are because launch areas like Black history and Tabitha Brown were very neat.

Charl'ne or however you spell it said that on items that are marked out 0.00 can only be given 50% knowing that other items that are seasonal get marked down for even more but that she'd rather send it back to the company to get money then to sell it to me. Clearly. Maybe it was the color of my skin that she didn't wanna sell it to me for less or maybe she's trying to make her numbers look good Verses the customers but I won't shop at this one no more. Horrible customer service and attitude was not Needed. Being from the south and in customer service It's not for everybody and clearly not her.

While I like the store's helpful and friendly staff, some of the selections are not as good as other locations. The restrooms are always nice and clean, and the store is typically clean and organized. One of the main problems is with their STARBUCKS food & beverage counter. While they finally have more than one employee to service their customers, it seems every time I come in, either the espresso machine is broken or the ice machine is broken or they're out of the food items we like to eat. Also, in the morning I've learned I can't grocery shop and fill my cart, because they won't have a staff member checking out until 10AM. This self checkout ONLY thing has got to go! Target, You are not Wal-Mart; you can do better.

I was in need of a couple things on a road trip so did a quick drop in at this location, since I saw they had in store stock of the items. Upon entering the location instantly I noticed how disorganized shelves were. Clothes were unfolded, shoes were everywhere, it was kind of a mess to find things. On top of that the items I was looking for weren't out even though the app said in stock and even gave the location. Hopefully this review will help the team become aware the situation!

Best Target to go shopping. Friendly staff, well organized, and the store is always clean. Online orders brought to my car are also fast, with almost no wait time. Very happy customer!

Do not shop here if you care about being exposed to COVID-19. They do not enforce the state mandated face coverings policy. There were at least 5 people walking around without masks. When I asked a target employee why this was she said "we can ask them to put on a mask but if they say no we can do nothing about it". Do better, Target.

I hadn't been in this Target in couple of years and I went in today and was literally speechless. This store is TRASHED. I mean stuff all over everywhere. Just stuff piled everywhere. I'm sure it's a staffing issue but holy cow - if I was corporate I would be getting management to clean this up stat. I love Target but this is by far the messiest one I have ever been too. I'm not talking some customers left things on shelves in different sections or 8pm after a Saturday of shoppers. I'm talking entire areas that are just junkyards and look like they have been neglected for weeks - like the Magnolia area. All the pictures in the artwork/decor area are just piled on top of one another. It looks like a Target plane flew over the store, they opened the roof, the plane opened its cargo doors, and just dropped everything on top of it. Time to get some additional staff!

Need more lines open, only 2 on a Friday evening, when everyone gets paid and off of work it's assumed to have more cashiers. Update: we had an online order to pick up at the storeAnd then when ever they said come and get it they did not have the correct one still so now they wanted us to pay five extra dollars or just wait even longer very unsatisfied this store is way overpriced Walmart is better than this and every way possible

I am so disappointed at the location in Waxahachie, TX. I drove 1 hour there and back to pick up an order that was bawled up and thrown into a bag. A sweatshirt and sweatpants stuffed into a target sack. So wrinkled I couldn't even clearly see the logo. The sales associate could have folded the items and used a separate bag. Target expects the items on their floor to look presentable so when I pick up an order I expect the same. My size is out of stock online and within 50 miles. Horrible.

Absolutely ridiculous that they only have one counter associate each time I go. Last time I ever use this pharmacy. I get everyone has manpower issues but lines are always long at this pharmacy. I am out.

Target is AWESOME! What more can I say?! Clean store, pretty great prices (download cartwheel), Starbucks inside, and awesome items! I LOVE Target!

I visited this store today, which I normally do not do. Every single employee I came in contact with spoke to me, and all were smiling! Even in the parking lot on my way out, another employee was on his way into the store and thanked me for shopping there. I think they must all really like working there and they sure stress customer service. I do believe I will start shopping there more. Keep it up!!

Just your basic Target here in Waxahachie, Texas! It's not overly busy, and quite clean. They usually have everything in stock that you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is usually my go-to over other Dallas-centered locations.

The nicest check out personnel in any store. They always have plenty of stock and employees ready to help. Clean store.

I used to go to this target every week, before I moved into the Dallas. Employees are happy to help. Everything is tidy and easy to find!
