TL;DR: Overall a nice experience, but not one I would repeat. The quality of the food is not worth the price.

I travel around the world for one reason, and one reason only: food. And I regret I spent my dinner here, today. The experience was not bad, it was quite nice mostly because of the service. But the food was not worth the price.
For starters, the soup of the day ("day of the soup" as it's indicated in the menu) was a lentils soup. As another reviewer said it, it was the worst lentil soup I've ever had. It was bland, almost watered down.
The kebab plate was ok. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious either and it was certainly not worth 250₺. The tomatoes and the salad were ok, the meat was well cooked but could have been seasoned better, the rice was not good.
For those going because people suggested it as an affordable place, it's no longer the case. The prices in the menus posted by other visitors changed a lot since they posted it, and now it's way more expensive. There are way better restaurants in the area, with similar menus but better food. I hope this changes for them, or perhaps I should have tried their seafood or fishes. But what I tried was not it.
I would have been ok paying maybe 120-150₺ for that dish, and I wouldn't have paid for the soup. Instead, I paid 50₺
On the positive side, the service was impeccable. The waiter was super attentive, extremely polite, and the staff in the kitchen was equally as cordial. Also, I had the chance to explore the second floor a bit and the place is really nice. The bathroom and the entire restaurant were very clean and the music was relaxing and nice. So the experience and the ambiance was good, but the food should either improve, or they should lower their prices to match it.
I don't recommend it :(
