Tarkan Usta Kervan Ocakbaşı

I recently visited Tarkan Usta Kervan Ocakbaşı and ordered the mixed meat platter with ayran. The food was excellent — perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in their preparation. The atmosphere was authentic and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Everything was great, but I’d like to mention one small point: in most similar Turkish grill restaurants, it’s quite common to receive complimentary salad with your meal. In this case, it wasn’t offered. While it’s not a big issue, a small touch like that would make the experience feel even more complete. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious grilled meat in a cozy and traditional setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Great food, good taste, punctual and fast service, nicely situated place despite it not looking like so on google maps (don't judge a book by its cover😅)

The whole place was filled with Turkish people but that didn't make us feel uneasy, we were served well by the staff. It has an upmarket feel to it. Food was good although I wouldn't say excellent. Free starters were great. Our bill was the cheapest for all the restaurants in the whole holiday. I recommend.

A truly traditional taste of Turkey! Excellent quality food is an understatement. Honestly is the best Turkish food I’ve ever had and that is saying something as I used to manage a top quality Turkish restaurant! Everything is their menu is clearly explained with pictures for all the dishes. Service was excellent. If you want an authentic Turkish cuisine experience that will change your life then this is the place for you! Will be going back here every time I visit Marmaris without a doubt. Still day dreaming about the chicken and lamb shish skewers 🤤

Amazing food, freshly made and lots of choice for traditional Turkish dishes. Complimentary sides of grilled peppers, tomatoes, parsley and bulgar wheat were offered. It’s a shame the restaurant is a bit out of the way away from the Main Street, but it’s worth visiting! The staff were friendly and the restaurant was full of locals, which is always a great sign. I only wish we’d found it sooner! Make sure you definitely visit, you won’t regret it! The prices are also very reasonable. Edit: We loved the food so much, we came back a second time! 😍

No taste in the Adana kebab was dry, chicken tavuk was nice

Wow, we came across this place someone done a review on TikTok. This was absolutely amazing, the food is unbelievable and I’m a fussy eater! The staff are so lovely, not pushy, very accommodating! Highly recommend and already planning on coming back!!

We all loved this place. Authentically Turkish food. Staff were friendly and we were seated immediately. Could and should be a lot more popular. The food quality was fantastic and we didn't have to wait long either. Portion sizes were good so we almost felt bad leaving food behind us. We just couldn't finish it. Prices were good also. Definitely worth a visit or 2. Please try the hot houmous too. I was pleasantly surprised.
