To be honest i expected more. The main courses weren't anything spectacular but the starters were great though. Definitely recommend the black calamari. Tried octopus for main but was something like a mixture of homemade soup and octopus 🤔👎. Desserts were good. Service is perfect with friendly staff. Atmosphere is great.

We had the 7-course tasting menu for dinner. Service started off quite slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy, but it did improve as the meal went on. The food was good overall, though some dishes didn’t feel as refined as we expected for a fine dining experience. We’d suggest updating the menu—especially removing the feta cheese pastries—and working on service consistency and staff management. Very big portions though!

Great service from Gema, Sebastian, Roberto and team. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. One of the best restaurants in Malta. I cannot wait to be back! Unforgettable night. Thank you guys!

We came as a family to try the six-course tasting menu and had a wonderful evening! The service was impeccable and highly professional. Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience! I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant, and I can confidently say it was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were attentive throughout the entire evening. Every dish was beautifully presented and you could taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. We enjoyed the best seafood with the breathtaking ocean view right next to us. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an unforgettable dinner experience, this place is a must-visit when staying in Malta!

It was my first time here and it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Today it was the birthday of my boyfriend, I made a special request before arriving and everything was already organized. The food was delicious and amazing and the service by Connor and Sebastian couldn’t have been better. We had such an amazing evening. The views from the restaurant are stunning as well. I can blindly recommend everyone to go here.

Service is good - everyone polite and with very positive vibe. I also like the view and design. Unfortunately the food wasn't too impressive. While the fish soup was OK, the octopus I had was dry and tasteless. I would expect much better considering the prices. I think you can find many places with much better food in that area.

We dined at Sole by Tarragon for Mother’s Day Lunch and it was an amazing experience! The ambiance was lovely, with a warm, charming and welcoming environment. The food was simply outstanding and the presentation of the starters and mains were amazing! The ceviche was so fresh and delicious. Moreover, the Rib Eye was perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavour. The food is a true culinary delight, tempting you to try everything on the menu. Every dish was bursting with flavour, perfectly balanced and presented with such artistry. The service was exceptional and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our meal. The staff were helpful, friendly and polite which made this experience a memorable one. We highly recommend this restaurant and surely we will visit again!
