Sole by Tarragon

A very pleasant evening with delicious food spent at Sole by Tarragon. A quick review of the evening. Delicious food and quite solid portions. Cleverly thought-out flavor compositions. Chef Michael took us on an unforgettable culinary journey. Many thanks to him for that. The service was very solid and reliably performed its duties. We were in very good hands that evening. Sole by Tarragon is a place worth recommending. The next time we are guests in Malta, we will not fail to visit again. Renata i Ireneusz P.S. We had the tasting menu of 8 courses, the food was great but the cocktails were lacking considering the price, we went in winter and there wasn’t much atmosphere compared to other high end restaurants. But the quality of food and service was great.

I received the recommendation for this hotel from the hotel that we were staying at in Dragonara. The Restaurant was simply amazing, from the atmosphere, service, beverages and dishes were impeccable. Really recommend for a nice dinner date out when you’re in Malta. We had the black calamari and lobster black pasta. Definitely will be back.

Great place, with extremely tasty food, we took six tasting menu. Very friendly personal. Nice atmosphere, stylish place. Cocktails were just perfect!

From the moment we stepped in we were greeted with a smile and exceptional service throughout. Wow I was simply amazed by the delicious food, the oysters, caviar and seafood wellington were amazing, the waiter Jyoti was a pleasure and super knowledgeable and friendly, he recommended great dishes and I cannot fault this establishment. If I ever come back again to visit Malta I most definitely will visit here again! :)

Beautiful view with fantastic service and great food. One of the best, if not the very best seafood restaurant in Malta.

This was my first fine dining experience and it was an 11/10. To begin, the view is perfect and the restaurant is very clean. All of the servers were very professional and amazing at their job, you couldn’t even refill your own water at the table because they were so on it. The food was perfect. Every dish we got was exactly as ordered and beautifully plated. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough and I hope to return some day!

Tried Sole for the first time, and left very impressed. They start with a starter of their own (it was a liquid olive in its own type of casing)...delicious...and some very fresh bread. The menu also offers a lot of dishes - focused overall on fresh fish...but also has options such as chicken or meat. The starters and mains were delicious, and the staff were very attentive and professional. Would definitely come again! (A plus: the view is lovely as it is situated near the Sea)
