Tasca El Olivo

Fantastic food! A limited menu, but that's no problem when everything on it tastes amazing. The member of staff attending our table was very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and stop by. We are not locals, but Tasca El Olivo made us feel like family tonight.

Limited but delicious vegan options: papas arrugadas, berenjenas con miel de palma, and potatoes with grilled vegetables. The potatoes with grilled vegetables were seasoned with cinnamon, which is a very unlikely and odd combination. We didn’t like it at all and if we had known this, we would have requested to leave the cinnamon out. We asked to prepare some pan tomaca for our son, the seasoning was excessive to our taste (lots of garlic and other spices), and we asked them to prepare a simple one, just with tomatoes and EVO oil, which they did. We loved the kindness of the waiting staff and their attentiveness. The bathroom is difficult to access because of the narrow stairs, impossible for people with disabilities.

What a great experience here! The waiters were so helpful to get my party of 3 a table. We came without a reservation so it was quite full. They brought out a table from indoors to sit us. Food was absolutely delicious too!! If you eat at El Olivo, I promise you'll enjoy it!

A hidden gem well away from the main bustling streets of restaurants. I've been visiting Tasca El Olivo for a number of years and while the menu hasn't changed much over time they consistently turn out well presented tasty dishes. It's worth noting that they do not accept card payments - at the time of writing this anyway.

The tortilla is delicious, we have been yesterday evening, the team is very kind and useful in the choice of the meal, suggesting correctly in terms of quantity and quality . The atmosphere is very quiet and pleasant for a dinner with your love

Great food and service. Would definitely recommend the serrano ham croquettes, they’re the best I’ve had on this island!

Small but friendly restaurant in the heart of Puerto with a great menu and exquisite food. Try a shrimp meal. You won't regret it. Everything is fresh, local and very tasty. Prices are ok. You get great value meal.

I have eaten here many times in the past few years. Every time the food and service has been excellent. Whether you’re after small plates to share or a main meal there’s much to choose from their menu.

Great small place with a nice atmosphere. Simple, but kind service and excellent kitchen. King prawns, crocquettes, beef loin are some of its best plates.
