We had an excellent dinner at Tasco. Fun cocktails, terrific dishes that were beautifully plated and as tasty as they looked. That shrimp bisque risotto is a must try. If you have 2+ people, definitely get the grilled octopus served in whole. Might be the best, most tender, perfect grill I've experienced! Impeccable, friendly service by a knowledgeable team made it all that much better!

Lovely place and some of the nicest and friendliest staff and service I ever encountered in my life. The food is good overall. The mushroom dish and fish soup is too “chefy” in my opinion. Delicious but too complicated. But they serve an amazingly delicious rib steak. I would eat here again and again for that steak for sure. Mature beef, well aged and expertly grilled.

This wasn’t just a beautiful dinner it was a dining experience. Food was all prepared perfectly. The desserts were unbelievable, I’m still trying to process it all. Expensive but worth it. A++

After two different restaurants in Porto recommended Tasco to us, we knew we had to check it out—and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly at the door, and we could instantly tell that this would be a fun and lively dining experience. The staff was young, friendly, and incredibly attentive, tailoring our meal based on our preferences. They not only recommended specific dishes but also suggested the best order to enjoy them. Every dish we tried was fantastic, but the standouts were: • Tuna Sashimi – The sauce was unreal, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. • Mushroom Starter – Rich, earthy, and packed with flavor. • Beef & Rice Mains – Cooked perfectly, hearty, and satisfying. • Desserts – We couldn’t choose, so we got both the lemon and chocolate-hazelnut options—both were incredible. One of the most unique highlights was the slot machine cocktail experience. A bartender came to our table, asked about our preferred flavors, and then crafted a personalized cocktail right on the spot—it was a super fun and interactive touch! Overall, Tasco delivers on both food and ambiance. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with great energy, creative dishes, and personalized service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, by far the best meal we had in Porto! We were greeted with warm bread and delicious spreads, had an amazing entree of the sea bass dinner for 2, topped off with a fabulous dessert. Catarina made our meal even more special with her warm service. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Great experience at this restaurant. The food was awesome - the grilled octopus was tender but I loved the mushrooms dish the most - cannot imagine how well mushrooms and hazelnut sauce paired. Impeccable service too - the service staff was friendly, kept following up with us and provided recommendations. Would recommend to try if you are in Porto

Was recommended this restaurant by a friend and was amazed at how delicious everything was. The service was incredible right from when we entered. The beef tartare was fresh and had great flavour. The octopus was shared between two people and came with a side of vegetables and mashed cauliflower. Absolutely unreal how soft the octopus was and it paired so well with the sides. We ordered 4 cocktails, which were all well balanced and elevated our meal.

Genuinely beyond exceptional. The team at Tascö should be insanely proud of themselves, not just for incredible food and drink (which will come to) but the effort and length they went to to make our night perfect. My partner has an egg allergy and the team went out of their way to accommodate her. Helped us with the menu and even went to a neighbouring restaurant to get a dessert. I honestly can't thank them and Juàn enough. I don't think I've left a restaurant feeling as happy in my life before - and I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years! The food and wine were paired brilliantly and each dish was spot on, having something of a star to each one. Credit to Jàun again, we were going to order another dish but, rather than taking the money and letting us order, advised us that we wouldn't need it. Again, something you rarely see. It made a birthday celebration perfect and gave us memories that will stay with us forever. Would book Tascö again in a second!
