The campground is in the process of being upgraded. The pool is open with a nice new paint job and the staff are lovely as always. There's a bit of construction noise during the day, but not too bad. Lots of space to park motorhomes away from the building site.

The kids pool, and lots of activities are closed. Good planning for the middle of the schools holidays, when travelling with kids. None of this is mentioned in the many emails, only stating that the mineral pool is closed and would be re-open for our stay. Tried to check-in to the site at 1:30pm, and got told no, and to come back at 2pm. This info is very hard to find on the website, and not on any emails sent out or texts. We had a tent site! Incredibly rude service by one lady in the reception (the other was nice). Off to a good start. All the campsites were sodden, waterlogged, muddy, gross and a real lack of drainage. The beach volleyball court is a giant mud puddle. You couldn’t walk into bathrooms without stepping over big puddles and mud (fun for kids). Construction on site was noisy, cars starting to arrive at 6am, radios playing, gates dragging and opening for them to start at 7am. Concrete trucks all day, loads of noise. The site had no water, the taps wouldn’t work. Tried to use the pool, and saw a separate sign on the pool gate saying “closed for cleaning 10-11:30am daily”. We turned up at 9:55am to find this sign (not mentioned anywhere prior). Thought ok, let’s do the dishes instead, tried to use the kitchen, it’s closed daily for cleaning “10am-12pm”, sign on the door again not mentioned anywhere else. Came back after 12, the staff had “lost the keys” and it was locked. “Come back in half an hour or so when I can find the keys”… Why wouldn’t you clean early morning and evenings as an idea, to not disrupt anyone’s time. Or, at least make it clear of these restrictions on the website, and welcome emails at least so we know in advance. Really disappointed.

We recently stayed at Miranda Holiday Park and had an awesome experience. Dana was absolutely outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the Premier Family Motel, which was super spacious, spotless, and really comfortable. The beds were great, and the room had everything you’d need to cook a full meal. The large couch and dining area made it feel like a home away from home, and the huge deck was perfect for family meals outside. The park itself is impressive—plenty of space and so many activities to keep everyone entertained. Our family of four loved the hot pool, mini golf, pump track, walking tracks, playground, and volleyball. What really stood out was how well laid out everything is. It never felt crowded, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. Anne Marie was also lovely and welcoming. On top of all that, it was really affordable—the price was spot on for what you get. We highly recommend Miranda Holiday Park to anyone—especially families looking for a fun, comfortable, and well-priced place to stay.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mother, Ami, who spent a lovely day at the Miranda pools with her friends. She asked me to thank the amazing staff, especially Leanne and Danielle, for their outstanding service and kindness. They went above and beyond to help her charge her car in heavy rain and were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. She also couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful, clean, and relaxing the pools were. The warm mineral water and peaceful atmosphere made her visit truly special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to unwind—she’s already looking forward to coming back!

Great Easter weekend away. Was our first time here, but very happy. Now we know which areas to request when we come back next time. Dog friendly. Kids had a great time with the Easter hunt put on by the team here. Having food carts come in as well was an awesome addition. Pool was great. Facilities were clean and tidy

Clean facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely clean thermal Pool. Unfortunately due to the winter booking there was a lot of mud. The caravan covered the hard stone surface but we had no option to walk in the mud. Perhaps the hard surfaces could be a bit wider. Apart from this we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return.

We booked one night at the Miranda holiday park and were extremely disappointed that we had a digger 2 m from the room. The noise and vibration from the digger was shocking and was going until 5.45pm and started again the following morning at 7:45 am. We were not made aware of the major earthwork’s going on when we booked or even when we arrived! There was no apology or even a reduction in the cost of the room. Because of that I am rating it a 1. I recommend checking with the park before booking on the state of the works in progress! The room I had originally booked had been deemed unsafe and dangerous so they moved us to another room which was very clean and spacious. To finish on a positive note the newly renovated thermal pool area is beautifully planted and clean.

Terrific holiday park, with friendly and engaging staff, who always smile and acknowledge you when passing. The facilities are excellent, and the up keep is very good. Good showers, and immaculate kitchen block. Laundry facility also very good. Stayed 5 nights and highly recommended resort. The 38 degree mineral pool is a bonus. Freshly renovated last year. We really enjoyed our daily soak. Thanks team, we will be back.

Yelp
A weekend getaway to Miranda is one of my favourite things to do, particularly if you can convince the grandparents to come along too! We've stayed in the motel apartments here which are new and fairly luxe with spa baths, and the whole place is designed for de-stressing - even when you have little ones in tow. There's plenty for the kids to do with a trampoline, playground, tennis courts, bikes for hire and more; plus of course the mineral hot pool which (blessedly) has a shade cloth over it so you don't expire. Like all hot spring towns, Miranda is better in cooler weather and I like that you can just stay here, walk next door to the main hot spring public pool, BBQ your dinner and not really do much else - just chillax and rejuvenate. The pricing here at the Holiday Park is really reasonable and I love that they cater to larger families as well with the chalets sleeping up to seven people.
