Great little drive 🚗 up restaurant. We are from Florida and we bought a piece of property in Ennice North Carolina and passed by a couple of times and stopped in for a burger 🍔 basket and a coke. The burgers were delicious 😋. They except cash 💸 or check. Little different from where I'm from in Florida no restaurant or Cafe except a check 😉. Will come back to try many other on the menu. And the service was great 👍 as well. Great job you guys. Thanks 😊 for the delicious 😋 burgers. One more thing prices are very reasonable.

Extremely disappointed! I placed a mobile order at 5:24 pick up was 5:39 I didn’t get my order till 6:29 food was cold and ice cream sundaes melted it had been sitting there for an hour just like we were. The server came out once we were the only car in the parking lot to ask if she had already taken our order we told her yes an hour ago she said hold on let me go check on it then immediately comes out with it. $40 for cold food and hot melted Ice cream is just ridiculous.

The taste freez in Galax VA, I nice shack like restaurant that serves to your vehicle. With a nice array of food and a massive milkshake list. This place kept us coming back.

Hit tasty freeze about 8:30 on a Sunday evening, closing time was 9:00. There were 32 cars and trucks in a 25 car parking lot. The curb hops had our order and food to us probably 8:45. A fun place to eat, with family sitting on the tailgate of the truck and the kids playing in the bed to us old folks. Only gripe his prices weren't posted on the menu board, but probably could have got a menu except the car hops were way too busy for that. Another visit coming up soon I am sure

Food is great. The service is fast. They come to your car to take your order. The parking lot has been repaved. Milkshakes are thick and yummy. Be sure to stop by while riding the Blue Ridge.

Excellent service from these hard working people who run out to your car, take your order and basically 10 minutes you'll have your burger and fries with plenty of ketchup, napkins, and salt and pepper. Specials everyday, friendly staff too. Milkshakes are some of the best Ive had in years. Only thing to remember is they take cash, check, no debit cards.

A Galax Staple! This drive in has been around for decades and is consistently great! I love their hot dogs, chuck wagon, cheese burgers, fries and ice cream! The service is always prompt and the car hops are friendly. The building is neat too, it has a classic mid century drive in vibe. My kids love their dipping dots!

Great little spot just south of down town. We pulled up in the parking lot and a nice lady came out to take our order. We got some corn dogs, a double bacon cheeseburger and of course some ice cream cones. The food came out quickly and we chose to eat outside and save the car the inevitable mess. There are a couple benches to sit on, a table or two in the grass would have been awesome. The kids loved their corn dogs and the burger was great. The ice cream came out a little later and was perfect on a hot summer day. Everyone was nice and friendly and they brought out extra napkins and a wet rag to wipe down the kids after they were covered in ice cream. Great spot to go for a burger and some ice cream!

Everything is good! Milkshakes are the best in Galax. Food is always quick and hot. Need to fix their parking lot. The potholes are craters!

First visit Amazingly friendly service! Very tasty food. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and vanilla shake. This is a quiet pull off where you simply park then the server does the rest. Tip ladies and gentlemen.

This is a great little Tastee Freez heading south on 89 out of Galax. Burgers, Hotdogs and shakes are spot on. Fries are the crinkle cut but still good. Service is fast and courteous but sometimes takes a little while when busy.

Almost every visit to Galax consists of a stop at Tastee Freez!!! LOVE the hotdog basket!!! Yummy and the Clux Deluxe is awesome too!!! Enjoy the car hop service very much!! Love the food and the service!!! We have brought home 2 dozen hotdogs and feast for days!!!!

5 stars for their milkshakes. So tasty!!! I almost always get the reese's pieces milkshake, but have gone for the oreo as well. We often stop just for the shakes! I do enjoy their sandwiches as well though. Tasty Freeze is a drive in parking lot and the server comes to your car window to take your order and then brings you your food. There is no where to eat inside. They work hard though, rain, snow or shine!
