My family and I visited OGF and bought some snacks. To my shock, I bit into a piece of hard plastic. Fortunately, I was eating it, so I was able to spit it out before my 7-year-old daughter bit into it. We went back to report the issue, but the staff seemed clueless. When we spoke to the manager, Nandan, he outright denied that it happened, which felt like an accusation of dishonesty. If I wanted to lie, I wouldn't waste my time returning to a place like this. The food quality is poor, and their refusal to admit mistakes reflects badly on their business.
