A great place which provides tourists a lot of travelling options for boat rides to multiple beautiful destinations. The stuffs are friendly and the rooms are squeaky cleans though one default is that because it is in the middle of the forest, there are a lot of bugs if you don't close the window or forget to do so like i do. But overall, it is a great experience staying there.

nice welcoming team, great hotel management, very modern, eco - thinking - for sure good place for hiking jungles, waterfall and river-boarding to the seaside. Good food.||rooms are a little bit high priced, and food also, but staff tries best to make you feel relaxed ! wifi is very good for Cambodian Hotels ! ||Easy for an overnight stop before or after Bordercrossing !

I stayed in the hotel, on the ground floor, which has doors out to a balcony area and the sun terrace/pool, all very pleasant and a lovely view even on the ground floor.||||Room was nothing fancy but clean, tidy and very pleasant, the bed was very comfy too.||||Bathroom was clean with a good shower, slightly wonky toilet seat but other than that, all good with a good range of complimentary stuff.||||Food (of what I had and I must confess to having had a beef burger which was very good) was all very good. There was sometimes a bit of a wait for it to arrive but it was always well worth the wait. ||||Service was all good too with the manager front and center at all times and easy to talk to.||||Outside there is the sundeck and pool which is big enough and also a lot of open space which you are free to run around on. No hemmed in any way here so if travelling with children it's probably a far better option than a town hotel.||||Great view while having breakfast, the breakfast burrito was very good.

I recently stayed her for a week with my two teenage kids. It was probably the best holiday experience we've ever had. The accomodation is great, the food excellent, the staff wonderful, the location incredible.||Our apartment was very nicely appointed with a beautiful view from the balcony of the Ta Tai review and Cardamom mountains. Some days we just lazed at thre resort, using the lovely poo by the bar. Others we went on activities from jungle hikes to kayaking to tours to the mangroves and Koh Kong town - they were all extremely well organised. When we'd overdone it, we'd recover with a Khmer massage and an excellent cocktail. Even though we went in June, the weather was great, hot and sunny, with just the odd daily short shower to clear the air, and we benefitted from fewer toursists around, especially on the tours.||We will be talking about this holiday for many years - it was everything we could have wished for and this is a real gem. Highly recommended.|

The site ist beatiful and the staff is friendly||Nice pool arrea||Both two TVs did not work||No hot water||In the living room was mildew on the walls, so we didn‘t use it||The restaurant has an extensive menu and a lot of differnet wines are available. But the quality of the food is average, the burgers and nuggets had no taste (toonlong in the freezer?).

My wife and I had the priviledge of staying here on 2 different occasions. Currently, not easily assessible by public transportation, but nevertheless a beautiful, located property w/ ample activities & facilities. A nice getaway from chaotic Phnom Penh (A hidden gem). I recommend going during the raining season as the waterfall us in full display. Wonderful owner/staff, service, & food. They do try to go out of their way to be a help with a smile. Great value for sure!

When we discovered the damage to Four Rivers Floating Lodge in Tatai, where we had our original booking, in consultation with our travel agent we decided to change our booking to 3 nights at this hotel. What a mistake!||When we arrived on Sunday evening it was clear we were the only guests. We enquired about the Jungle Spa advertised on the website but the lady at reception knew nothing about it. We were staying in the more spacious and ( we thought) more luxurious apartment C. It is some walk from the reception area along a very rocky path. The apartment itself was spacious with a nice balcony - but that was the only good part! The main problem was that the apartment was very dirty. We returned four pillowcases that had black mould - she just went to another empty apartment and took the replacement pillowcases from there. There was mould all around the sink and shower area and on the toilet rolls. We did not mind so much about the geckos in both bedrooms but the area under the sink was left unfinished with missing panel. There was no phone in the apartment so to get any questions answered you have to walk all the way back. The meal they served us - with no choice- was not nice. Just one chair for sitting on the balcony. There was a bad smell everywhere.||The wifi did not work but late in the evening they brought us a portable wifi unit that did work. This was important because at this stage we just needed to contact our travel agent to get us out of there as quickly as possible- we left early the next morning. The Manager was there when I was checking out and I explained the reasons for our dissatisfaction and disappointment after a long journey from Phnom Penh. He offered to deep clean the room - I said this needed to be done before, and not after, the guests arrive. He offered first ‘actvity’ free - I explained our driver was waiting to take us away- I noted he did not offer any reduction on the bill.||Much worse, they refused to refund our travel agents for the 2 nights we did not stay. At the prices being charged this hotel has no chance unless massive improvements are made. Basic cleanliness is the first requirement- we actually got worried about health risks. What they advertise is not what you get. Customer service is terrible.||We were lucky to have an absolutely super travel agent, Travel Authentic Asia- they recued is from a bad situation.

A resort and marina with two sets of accomodation, just off the road to Koh Kong. It really is in an idyllic spot, right next to the river and backing on to the forest behind. It's got some great facilities: a nice pool, sun loungers (if you can bear the mosquitos!), open air restaurant and bar. The staff are also very friendly, especially Piseth, who was happy to have a chat about the place.||||There's a good range of activities on offer: cruises, kayaking, treks etc., so you can tailor your time here just the way you want.||||It's shame then that a few things let it down. The room we stayed in was in the main building, and was spacious and air conditioned. The bed was comfy, but little things let it down: the tap wasn't fixed into the sink, and all of the metal fixings were rusting in the bathroom. It doesn't seem that old, so the rust was strange (using brackish water from the river to clean?).||||The other disappointment was the cost. The room rate was OK, but the food and drink costs were very expensive compared to the rest of Cambodia. The quality and choice of food was pretty good, but the prices seem a little steep!
