Probably the best restaurant in Katowice at the moment, especially since the city doesn’t have that many culinary restaurants compared to for example Krakow, Wroclaw or Warsaw. The food has a polish origin but is prepared with some modern french twists. Its delicious and the price is very reasonable. Service, cleanliness and interior is all of high standard. A must see for all the foodies that visit the city!

Business dinner for 3 during a short trip to Poland. Looking for traditional Polish food Tatiana fulfilled my requirements perfectly. Nicely decorated inside, with plenty of space between the tables. The roulade with potato dumplings and cabbage was perfect, really tasty. The tartar to start was really tasty too. It was mid-week so no issue getting a table. Friendly service, lots of staff, and absolutely nothing to complain about!

Saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. It was a great dining experience. The waiters welcomed me very warmly, and kindly recommended a mix of starters (dumplings, beef tartar, asparagus) which I very much enjoyed. Then I got the duck as the main. Cooked to perfection, and the sauces it came with made it even better. If you’re in Katowice and want to eat local, traditional food, this is the place to go. Will definitely come back again if I am in the area.

Fantastic experience at Tatiana Restaurant! I started with a delicious beef tartare – fresh and full of flavour. For the main, I had a breaded pork chop that was tender, perfectly cooked, and definitely not small! The food quality really impressed me. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located close to where I’m staying, so I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I visited this lovely restaurant for the first time with my wife and mother-in-law late afternoon on Monday 11 August 2025. It was very quiet at that time of day on a Monday with perhaps 8 people eating outside and another 6 or so inside. Beautifully clean and well decorated with a great playlist of 80s hits in the background. We ordered duck, pierogi and a beef pastrami salad and all three dishes were excellent. While we waited, the waiter bought us an interesting selection of homemade breads with cheese and homemade sausage, which was delicious too. The food is quite pricey but excellent quality. We would definitely recommend.

pretty nice spot with local cuisine, some slightly exotic dishes, definitely would recommend to get a grasp of Silesian Voivodeship culture geese broth and beef roulade were impeccable, gooseberry tincture is worth trying

Came in around 8pm. The restaurant was still packed with diners. Not many 1-person dining. Had the 1) (starter) sour rye soup 2) (mains) the dumpling Food was great The warmth of the service team was truly appreciated, especially when this is my first trip to katowice from Asia

It’s really lovely place. Always busy because of this. I would recommend to do reservation. It’s cosy inside. Big variety of dishes. The personal is friendly and smiling. Serving was fast. Food was high quality and delicious.

I have never reviewed a restaurant but our experience was so pleasant that I decided it was time for my first review. The ambiance, the staff and the food were superb. All tables were taken later but we arrived early and my wife and I were quickly given a table for two hours since we did not have a reservation. We questioned the size of the main course pumpkin potato dumplings in a wine sauce and the waitress offered a smaller portion as a starter. We both had the Gołąbki made with wild boar in a beer and mushroom sauce rather than the expected tomato sauce. As we finished the maitre d suggested their special desert of mascarpone and blue berries and sour cream. When we hesitated he offered two half servings. What can I say. They are also great sales persons and justifiably. Everything was delicious!

Our favorite place in Katowice. Every time we visit we eat here at least once. I've not had a single dish that wasn't spectacular.

Absolutely Amazing Service And Food. Well Worth Your Time And Money! Ambiance is very pleasing just try not to book your table table by the entrance of the restaurant during winter months. For those that do not speak Polish it's ok because English is well spoken there. Please Enjoy !

I started with the soup. My waiter suggested a red wine from Poland. It too was excellent. If your a fan of homemade bread you will enjoy this. The duck... Fall of the bone tender. Moist Delicious

Tatiana had delicious food, a comfortable atmosphere and awesome service. Our waiter was amazing and made great recommendations for starters. Now I wish I would have asked his name so I could mention him here by name (blond guy). The beef pierogis were absolutely delicious. I recommend getting those when you go. I'll definitely be going again.

I'm from the US traveling on business and eat here everytime I come into town. They have great food , atmosphere and the service is outstanding.
