Overall a nice place. Customer service was great. Employees were nice. Food in the restaurants was good. The bed was comfortable. The other guests were nice. My only complaint is the water was not hot. The reason we chose this place for our weekend getaway was it is supposed to have hot springs/hot water to bathe in. The water was not cold, it was warm, but there was definitely not hot. There was no hot water to be found. We walked around and checked every pool available and could not find any hot water to sit in. I was was really looking forward to my weekend and excited about soaking in hot water and instead I only found mildly warm water. It was still a nice retreat away from the city for a weekend and I'll likely still go back, but I won't go for the water, only for the escape from the city. Extra bonus: there was a really friendly cat who walked right in our room and stayed with us. We love cats so it was great.

Very good place with awesome location, almost 35 minutes from city , Charges depends one week days and weekend , 12000 tenge for one person, can spend one full day with 9 indoor and outdoor pool, hot springs, and restaurant and bar attached

A good place to unwind after a long haul of work. Several saunas so you can relax as per your need and time. Couple of temperature controlled swimming pool and jacuzzis will help you to achieve proper relaxation. Food in the restaurant is also good and best services will help you.

There are small or big 9 swimming pools, the best part is water temperature is controlled and warm. You feel surrounded by mountains from all sides as some of these pools are open to sky. The steam and sona bath available there keeps you warmed and can take shelter when feeling too cold. There are no spa activities other than steam. However the pools are either too small or very deep, so to enjoy fully should know swimming. Sometimes pools are not cleaned , making it hazardous and one has to be careful. The instructions are NOT in ENGLISH and only mentioned in local language, making it difficult to understand the notices there. Spa and canteen staff also doesn’t understand English. Location is 30-35 kilometres away from Almaty.

Not as nice as in the pictures (could use a few repairs). We arrived early and staff was not yet done setting everything up. Food was good but comparatively expensive. Service in the VIP area was very good, but only one waiter was available which showed later in the day when the area became more crowded.

Spa center is great, many different pools and saunas. You can chose area suitable for you, because temperature in each one is different. Food is also great there, portions are bigger than we expected, we even didn’t finish what we ordered. But it’s very crowded even during weekdays, and I wish to see better cleaning of the areas around those pools and saunas. It’s too humid and slippery, my husband fell down and hurt his arm a lot. You need to hire more staff to maintain such a big area and serve so many guests.

A wonderful place. A paradise on earth. I enjoyed my time there.

Little bit outdated but worth the money. Hot pools, saunas, jacuzzis etc.
