Taupo TOP 10 Holiday Park

Thank you Taupo Top Ten. The office staff were fantastic. The camp itself , is fantastic for families. The owners, definitely put money back into the park .as the amenities are very modern and well maintained. To enable to give their customers the best experience staying here. The cleanliness is superb. My only gripe is, that we only booked for 2 nights, but unfortunately our time didn't allow us to stay longer. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Taupo TOP 10 Holiday Park over Easter and had a fantastic time, despite the not-so-great weather. The park is in a great location—just a short drive from the lake and town centre—which made it easy to get around. The park is well-maintained and overall very clean and pleasant to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with the rainy weather, there were some awesome activities organised for the kids, including a colouring competition and arts & crafts, which kept them entertained and happy. It’s definitely a family-friendly spot, and we felt very welcome. All in all, a great place for a family getaway. We’d happily stay here again—hopefully next time with a bit more sunshine!

We have just had 5 nights here during the V8 Supercars. We could not have found a better place to park our motorhome. The camp is immaculately clean, bathrooms, public areas and grounds are first rate. We didn’t use the pools but will next time. The staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble. They really catered for the motor racing fans with a shuttle running to and from the main bus drop off area in town. We also appreciated the large 85in TV in the lounge for guests. Great to have onsite coffee as well. The communication was great with text updates. We would certainly recommend this park if you are visiting Taupo. We will be back.

Clean, tidy, welcoming and very clean.||We would love to come back over the summertime to use the hot pool but way too cold for us to strip off this time. The rooms had great heating and company beds

We decided to stay here for 3 nights as it was quite close and central to everything that we wanted to do during our time in New Zealand and I have to say it did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate, so clean, very high end and the beds were amazing to sleep on, I just drifted off! The park itself had multiple facilities including a park with a trampoline (which I had never seen before, being from the uk) places for camper and, tents and rooms of all sizes and shapes! it had its only little park area, free to use barbecues, hot springs, hot tub, game and tv rooms. I mean what else could you want!! I would highly recommend This park for all your needs while you are travelling!

Stayed in August. Cabin was clean and so well designed. Staff were friendly. Couldn't fault the place. Great value for money.

We stayed in a motorhome 2x nights in August 2025. The allocated site was a good size. The communal areas were clean and tidy, as was the whole site.

We stayed overnight last week, and it is a lovely place. We stayed again just before Easter, and wow, the price had gone up. We had the last pet site, apparently, which pushed the price up also, apparently. Clean, tidy, and friendly everything you need. Thermal pool swimming pool all free, and a costly hot tub even so we would stay again, just not around Easter.

Good heater inside cabin but NO POWERPOINTS TO CHARGE MY DEVICES!! :( :( Yes that is a huge letdown to make it a 2 star..
