We’re from Flagstaff and decided to take a drive to Cottonwood. The Tavern Grill is super nice and we had amazing service. It was funny because my friend ordered an iced tea but only wanted the one glass. She must have been asked 5 times if she’d like more tea from 3 different staff members. She finally gave in. This is not a complaint but a compliment as to how attentive they are. Great service and really good food. We will definitely be back!

Drove out to Cottonwood AZ on a trip to Sedona to visit this place since it had really good ratings. The appetizers were so so they seemed frozen and just microwaved, but the Cosmo was really good, hubby's beer was really good too. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. Decor is rustic and really nice. Servers were very nice. Cottonwood altogether is a very cool place to visit if in Arizona. We would come back to Tavern Grill.

Our server Cali was great. Wonderful customer service. It was a little busy on a Saturday night. We came in for a bite to eat while visiting for the weekend. The ranch dip was super watery and not very good. My daughter didn't care for the kids mac n cheese. It was described to be close to the box brand and it was far from that. The rueben sandwich was covered in parsley and was overkill. The avocado on my BLTA was bad and made the sandwich inedible. The stuffed quesadilla was basic and again covered in parsley. My mother enjoyed the gluten free bun and coleslaw.

After walking around Cottonwood we decided to stop in for a couple of drinks. Tavern Grill has a beautiful bar front and center. We sat and had a mojito and cosmopolitan. Both were made well and delicious. We will have to stop in for dinner next time.

Had a great experience here. Food was delicious and service was good as well. I got thr B.L.T.A minus the herb mayo and it was delicious. The strawberry daiquiri was pretty flavorless though.

Great food and the best service we've received in a long time from any restaurant! Jonathan was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of.

The food is mediocre. The server did not get my order correct. I specifically said no nuts, no cheese, but my order came with both on the salad. The hostess has no personality and was not welcoming at all. She actually made us feel like we were a pain to her. She treated all patrons the same as she was seating them. The manager was friendly and came over to talk with us. But as we were all leaving while he and the hostess were standing at the entrance chatting, either one said thank you or goodbye. It's beautiful decorated, but the staff really needs to be evaluated.

My husband and I were visiting Cottonwood and decided to stop in for lunch around 3 PM. Wasn’t super busy service was a little delayed however, when she was there, she was pretty attentive. She did not check is after the food was delivered. We ordered the Santa Fe spring rolls for an appetizer. I highly recommend those, they were delicious. Then we had the prime rib dip with sweet potato fries and the corn beef Ruben with regular fries. I would choose sweet potato over regular all day long and the prime rib dip was yummy. The Ruben was packed with sauerkraut, corn, beef ratio, it was delicious. We will definitely be back.
