This is the best place to stay in Cottonwood! The rooms are really nice, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are luxurious. The pool area is small but nice during hot summer days. This hotel is extremely walkable to restaurants, shops and tasting rooms.

Google
Spectacular hotel! I have stayed at Tavern Hotel many times throughout the years and have brought family, friends and my spouse. They have been consistently wonderful and I have never been disappointed. The rooms are gorgeously appointed and VERY clean. The staff is kind and accommodating. Hotel is walkable to shops, restaurants and wineries in a prime location in the middle of town. I highly recommend their Sip and Stay Package! The Tavern Grille (next door) has AMAZING food. Also highly recommend Nic’s Steakhouse across the street. Crema is great for breakfast. This hotel is truly run with love and I cannot recommend enough!

Google
Lovely Hotel in a very convenient location. We were 3 sisters celebrating a birthday with 2 queen beds. Bathrooms beautiful & the room was spacious enough. The only downfall was that queen rooms have just a Juliette style slider. No balcony.

The Sip & Stay package was a great value! Included a welcome drink, wine tasting coupons and dinner and breakfast vouchers! The rooms were well appointed, updated and very clean and comfy. Dinner at Nic’s was fantastic as were the welcome drinks and breakfast at Crema. The wine tastings were a nice addition and the staff exceptional and we enjoyed live music at a tasting room before dinner. Lastly, the view of the town from Merkins was lovely . We’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks, Tavern Hotel

This boutique hotel is one of a kind and amazing. Beautiful clean rooms. Super helpful staff. Great outdoor sitting area. In the heart of old town, Cottonwood. Many winery shops with tastings across the street.

Better than I was expecting! Staff was very friendly....rooms and decor was a pleasant surprise. Appreciated the free drinks and coupons for discounted breakfast. The only negative i could really find, and I'm probably the only person who would notice.....such a nice and large walk in shower, why such a small shower head?? Upgrade that thing and it would make that sign in the bathroom a little easier to follow....shower together!!!

This boutique hotel is very beautiful! Love the entire landscape and colors outside, it's very well maintained. Our room was on first floor, 2 queens. It was smaller than average but just fine. The shower was gigantic! And very nice water pressure. It had a mini fridge, no microwave, a coffee maker. We thought there was a hot tub, but there isn't, only a smaller pool and exercise room. We got coupons for a light breakfast at the cafe across the street which was delicious!! We ordered other items as well. The beds were comfortable and there was a noise machine provided which was excellent. The TV could use some help tho. A few channels were not working, some very fuzzy and glitchy, and just not many things to choose from. The room was very, very clean tho and that's what matters the most. Comfortable and clean! Great location. We did hear the upstairs guests pretty well tho, as there isn't carpeting or rugs on the floor, so be aware of that, you may want a second floor room.

Yelp
The BEST dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was amazing.. we were able to charge our hybrid for free. The local pet store leaves a doggie gift bag in the room. The dog room has a slider or to a private Courtyard for my dog to do good business. The pool is beautiful.. the hotel is right across from the beautiful Merkins Vineyards. Overall a 10 out of 10. Will def. Be back. Oh and they give you coupons for free drinks at the tavern across the parking lot and coupons for free coffee and pastries at Crema on Main Street in the morning.

Yelp
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. the high ceilings and walk in shower is lovely. The TV never worked and the view from the back side of the hotel is very unattractive with dilapidated junk. The hotel location is ideal for exploring Old Town Cottonwood for one day, two at the most. Staff are friendly and tried to get the TV to work but they had cable troubles.

Yelp
Stayed there again with mom this weekend. Exceptional customer service, Gregory went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were cozy, the breakfast and drink vouchers much appreciated! Best place to stay in cottonwood especially for walkabikity to everything nearby. Keep in mind many businesses and shops don't seem to open until after 10:30

Yelp
We had the best stay at The Tavern Hotel. The entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean and adorably decorated. We stayed in the dog cottage and brought our sweet Sofi. What a great place for a dog. She had a big, private yard. The hotel thought of all the amenities you will need to have a clean and easy stay with your pet. We would go back just to stay in their hotel.

Mark S.

Yelp
Excellent accommodations, clean, quiet, comfortable. Offered breakfast coupons to the Crema restaurant for breakfast, adult beverage coupons to the Tavern Grill. Very much enjoyed our visit, will be returning for an enjoyable getaway to Cottonwood and the surrounding vineyards. That says it all!! A+ customer service!

Yelp
The hotel is an absolute gem. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The manager Nicole goes above and beyond. It was our first time staying and we will stay here every time we visit cottonwood. It's a great location within walking distance to anything and everything. Try the sip and stay package!!!

Don T.

Yelp
The experience starts as you walk into the lobby, you are greeted warmly by staff and made to feel like royalty. The room we stayed in was beautiful, the walk in shower was fantastic. Nice balcony with table and chairs to enjoy a glass of wine. The location of the hotel is perfect for starting your day on main st. I have shared our experience with friends and we will absolutely stay here again.

Yelp
Bill and I had a wonderful night and the bed was super comfortable. Love the unique decor and the mural of Old Jerome on the wall. The staff was very friendly an helpful. Best part was the huge shower built for two.

Yelp
I can't believe I didn't post a review earlier. We stayed two weeks ago in the DogHouse and it was amazing. The little house was perfect for us both and our little pup as well. We loved the location, the cleanliness, the little turfed back yard, and all the amenities that came with a stay here. This is not the first time we've stayed here. We loved it before, and we love it even more with the dog-friendly option. You can't go wrong with a stay here!!

Sue O.

Yelp
Everything about this hotel was great. The room, the bed and bedding, the service, the location and especially, the nearby restaurants. Will definitely return to Cottonwood just to stay here again.

John J.

Yelp
Room is clean, small sink no place to put anything, paper cups for coffee, breakfast is located across the street, steps to get to lobby to check in, nothing is convenient, for 250 in a small town expect more

Richard G.

Yelp
We just stayed here for our second visit. Hands down this boutique hotel is well worth enjoying. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and welcoming from check in to answering questions. We paid $30 extra for a king bed and the balcony view was of main street so there was some good people watching. There are two chairs and a small table on the balconies which we utilized. As a perk they provided a $50 gift card to an outstanding restaurant named Nick's Steak and Crab. It is about a four minute walk on Main Street and it has excellent food, wine, and decent prices. Still another perk was free sample wine tastings at three wineries and a free drink at the Tavern Grill. Of course, the staff of those establishments were incredible. Tip: The Merkins Vineyard is across the street. It is high on an adjacent hill where you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding countryside. It is brand spanking new having opened in October, 2023. They have a little tram where for $2 you can be carried up the hill. The wine and food are a little pricey but very good. The Merkins is well worth a visit. The Tavern Hotel is a great location in old town Cottonwood.

A great place to stay with clean, modern rooms. The staff was always helpful and extremely nice. 10/10

Yelp
I don't want to overuse the word adorable, but honestly everything about this hotel is ADORABLE. Check out the pictures! They have done a great job of decorating, providing quiet, clean rooms, and having some nice outdoor areas to visit, play cards, or to just have a drink. The rooms have balconies and they have placed comfortable bright yellow adirondack chairs on each of them. So, that is were the adorableness starts. Check in was easy and friendly- they provide free water bottles in the reception area, which is appreciated. Our room was $250/night, and this includes free water bottles, 2 welcome drinks at The Tavern Grill, and free continental breakfasts. They notified us in advance that the restaurants would not be open for Easter and that they were going to accommodate us with a breakfast basket. Can this hotel be in all of the cities/towns I travel to? Rooms are modern and spacious. They have all of the normal amenities like coffee machines and ironing boards. They also include a nice guide to the area. And for the really important stuff- the rooms could not have been cleaner and we had peaceful sleeps in a very comfy bed. We did not hear our neighbors at all. They have a small pool in the back and they also offer little cabins, although I am not sure of the cost of those. We will be back!

Donna M.

Yelp
Great location! Very nice rooms and pleasant staff. Love the coupons too! A thoughtful perk! We will be back!!

Yelp
Great location in Old Cottonwood in the center of great restaurants, shopping and wineries. Upscale boutique is the best way to describe this hotel and the extra touches everywhere are completely appreciated!

Yelp
The check in process was quick and easy and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful and very well maintained. This definitely is a do over when visiting the lovely little town of Cottonwood.

Yelp
The Tavern is a gorgeous, cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood. There is a main building with traditional rooms and a handful of cottages across the street behind the hotel, located by the fitness center and pool area. The hotel is staffed by incredibly friendly people, and we always felt warmly greeted and truly appreciated. We stayed in one of the cottages, and it was a well-designed, comfortable little cottage with two queen beds and a large bathroom, as well as a front porch with two adirondack chairs on the front. There were thoughtful, useful touches like a mini fridge and Keurig. There were a few small issues, however. For one, our cottage was split with another unit in the back, and we could hear the people in that unit moving around, talking, etc. We assumed one advantage to the cottages was privacy, as we would not have upstairs neighbors, so this was a little disappointing. Also, the design of the ironing board made it bang against the bathroom door while opening and closing, which was problematic in the middle of the night. Finally, our toilet had a bit of a bad odor. But these things were not serious enough that I did not enjoy my stay or would not return. Also, definitely check out the pool area. It is so nicely done!

Yelp
We Loved the Tavern Hotel in Cottonwood and highly recommend. The staff is exceptional..from Gregory, Alana, Edwina...all so helpful and friendly. Several perks with staying here...discount on meal at Crema for breakfast, drink at Tavern Grill..We enjoyed the food at these restaurants too..Again the servers were friendly and knowledgeable . The hotel arranged our Verde Canyon Railroad trip ..made it so easy. The Douglas Manson in Jerome is a must see..and enjoyed Violettes Bakery in Clarkdale. A ride to Flagstaff? Be sure and book Josephine's ..an experience you will enjoy.

Yelp
One word that I would say sums this place is, accommodating. We were stranded in cottonwood with a broken down car so we found this adorable hotel. We walked in and asked if there's anyway we could check in early and they were so kind to give us access to the pool and complimentary breakfast coupons until our room was ready. After breakfast and a quick dip in the pool our room was available. The decor in the room was very hipster and cute. The shower was amazing! I wish I knew the name of the man that helped us check in but he was originally where we were from and his customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend.

Megan N.

Yelp
The rooms were clean and adorable! Everything smelled amazing and was decorated perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We purchased the Sip and Stay package and it paid for itself multiple times over. Will absolutely come back!!

Yelp
Exceeded our expectations the accommodations are modern, clean and comfortable There was a small balcony with a great view. Breakfast at Crema restaurant was a great experience also. Kudos to the Tavern Inn staff, they made wonderful suggestions of local shops and attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Yelp
We stayed at this hotel in Cottonwood, AZ and in the cabins for my sisters wedding weekend in April. It was a charming hotel hidden in a small town feel with up upscale area. The prices to stay here were spendy! You could rent a house out of the area for a week for the price you pay for 3 days here. Of course.. it doesn't give you the convenience of the charming town within walking distance. We took advantage of the area and the hotel gives you drink tickets to the nearby restaurant bar and also breakfast vouchers for the cafe / coffee shop across the street. This helps with the overall cost. The cabin we stayed in wasn't the greatest but it was near the others in our group and also the pool. Sadly the pool was too cold as it wasn't heated. It gets cooler in this area than other parts of AZ. The door seal was non existent and you could see daylight 1/2 inch and we got a little lizard in our room. (Don't worry.. we got it out safely.) Some of the other cabins were way bigger and nicer but for a cost! The layout for some were really odd though... small bathrooms and tight corners. It didn't seem overly thought out. Overall it was fun to stay in this area and checkout all the restaurants, wineries and breweries. Tip: if traveling with a big group you need to pre plan reservations or don't plan to sit together. Also... there weren't many places for you to gather outside either... there was an oddly placed fireplace in the entrance but only 4 people could enjoy. A community area would be nice!

Yelp
Some things in life are better than advertised and The Tavern Hotel in Cottonwood is the real deal. It started with a friend's recommendation as an alternative to Sedona and as a way of pampering my bride after a tough, but successful summit climb of 12,633 FT Humphreys Peak. Edwina set the stage for excellence as she helped us book the best room available at the best price and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Arriving at the property made us realize the complex is BETTER than it appears online. Spotless and spectacular, the grounds, rooms, courtyards and elevators are upscale immaculate. Our room featured a patio balcony with an amazing view of a huge hillside winery that looks awesome in its own right. The check in experience was more of the same, thanks to our gracious and friendly front desk lady, Alana. We were greeted with complimentary water and perks galore: our packages included a discount coupon for nicks restaurant and three winetasting experiences. We also received two free drink coupons and continental breakfast vouchers at Crema. We highly recommend the Tavern Hotel if you would like to treat someone special to, well, something super special.

Yelp
Absolute ripoff. Be warned. Booked a one-night stay at the Tavern Hotel for a Wednesday night, based on the advertised price at $249 (fairly exorbitant for Cottonwood). Then discovered add-on fees of an extra $124, making the total one night stay at over $370??!!! Anyone that's ever been to Cottonwood knows that this is ridiculous. This is an utter rip-off and I advise everyone to make sure you see this scam coming before they surprise you with a "nominal" 50% rate increase at check-out. Makes me wonder what other scams they might be running to fleece their customers. Appreciate your reply, Sarah, but my issue is not with the process but the hidden charges. We cancelled the booking as soon as we saw the 50% fee additions

Yelp
What a charming place to stay. The hotel was spotless and well decorated. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast at the bistro across the street and loved the location in the historic downtown area. Cottonwood is a neat little town with lots of wine tasting and wonderful restaurants. We hope to return!
google avatar

Melanie B.

Yelp
This little hotel is so cute and it is in a very convenient location in downtown Cottonwood. Our room was clean and neat with plenty of space. It was too cold to go in the pool during our stay, but the pool area is really cute as well. It is apparent that the owners take great care and pride in making an enjoyable experience for their guests. We enjoyed sitting out front near the fire pit after dinner one night. It was a beautiful night with a fall chill in the air and staying at this hotel was perfect. I would definitely recommend and return here time and again. I also loved that the shops and restaurants are all within an easy walking distance.
google avatar

Diane H.

Yelp
Actually intended to tour and stay in Sedona, but decided to take our trip a bit further into Cottonwood. This hotel is in the downtown area with tons of fabulous restaurants and shops. It's part of the Jerome Haunted Group. 10 stars all the way!!! I highly recommend staying here. So clean, the staff is super friendly, and it's geographically perfect for walking anywhere down town.

Yelp
Lovely little gem in the heart of Cottonwood! We stayed here for a wedding a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The Tavern staff did a brilliant job of getting everyone in our party situated into their rooms and ready to celebrate the newlyweds! Our room was tiny yet beautifully simple and charming. They have added decor throughout the hotel that creates a quaint antique old town vibe. The rooms are equipped with big comfy beds, a giant shower, a fridge, and a balcony that looks over the town. The hotel amenities are small but acceptable and include a pool, small gym, and other various recreational areas with fire pits and deck chairs. The staff in this hotel were all very nice and accommodating, yet not overly present; they are there when you need them. The tavern also provides many different excursions and adventures to take you through the town. You can go kayaking, hiking, golfing and get in touch with your sporty side, or you can go wine tasting, touring, and be the tipsy tourist. It's a wonderful place to take a family for an adventure or go on a romantic mini vacation. If you are in Cottonwood this is where you want to stay.
google avatar

Sheri B.

Yelp
I'm giving it 5 stars for location and the beautiful rooms. Giving it no stars because when we returned from dinner. there was no place to sit by the front and the pit.Seems a large group had taken over all the front chairs and the fire pit and were drinking and eating take out. There were 3 empty chairs and we asked if they were taken. Stated it's a private party and we could not sit at the pit. Complained in the hotel office Yeah Been watching them. We'll keep watching our first nite here was a bummer and the morrows review will be zero stars
google avatar

Brenna C.

Yelp
I previously rated this hotel five stars, but the prices have gone up so dramatically, I can no longer rate it five stars. So disappointing. Now you have to stay on a weekday or Sunday to get a good rate and even then it's 249+ fees and taxes to stay one night, no longer worth it in my opinion...it's too bad because we really loved the hotel & package

Jamie S.

Yelp
We loved this place! Amazing service and loved how it was connected to all the restaurants and tasting rooms in town. Makes for an easy, quick weekend getaway since you don't have to go anywhere else! Will be back for sure! Make sure to try the breakfast place, Crema! So good!
google avatar

Megan A.

Yelp
My family and I stayed here in early December on the Sip and Stay package as a pre-holiday getaway and we all LOVED it! Centered right in town it is walkable to many wine tasting rooms, shops and restaurants. The rooms are fresh, bright and beautiful. Think: farmhouse meets chic art deco. The room amenities are great, to include organic Frenchroast coffee K-cup pods and a white noise machine. Can I move in?! The front desk staff couldn't be more friendy and welcoming and are a great asset to the hotel. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit out front at night overlooking the town, and we appreciated the credit we got through the Sip and Stay package toward breakfast at La Crema and dinner at Nic's, as well as the free cocktail at the neighboring Tavern Grill. The only thing that was confusing to us all is that the free tastings we thought were included with the package was only one free pour and not an actual flight of wines. It wasn't an issue for us but keep that in mind when booking. We are already looking forward to a repeat visit next year! Fantastic boutique hotel overall. We now affectionately refer to our visit there as the Cottonwood Christmas (Hallmark needs to film a movie there)!
google avatar

April A.

Yelp
Came here on a girls night and I was really impressed. The hotel is so nice, I love the fire pit and chairs and tables outside near the lobby. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and bed was extremely comfortable. The shower is huge and nicely done. Price for room can be alittle pricey but definitely worth every penny. I will be back for sure!

Yelp
Tavern hotel was an absolute delight. We began with a fantastic greeting & run down of the hotel . Upon entering our rooms , everything was absolutely spotless & decor was very rustic modern & the cheery yellow accents were awesome. We slept great in the room , sheets & bedding were very comfortable. It was a fun perk to have a private patio as well . We will definitely be coming back , this hotel & all of the haunted group properties didn't disappoint. Location was ideal , friendly & helpful staff , clean and comfortable... what more could you want ?!

Yelp
Located in the heart of downtown Cottonwood, this is really a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room is very spacious and I loved their shower. Hardwood floor add warmth to nicely decorated room. Unfortunately guests staying above me were out late and their footsteps got annoying in the middle of the night. Room charge comes with welcome drink and $5 off coupon for breakfast next day. I didn't get to use any of the coupons they gave me but I would love to come back for staycation soon to fully enjoy what they offer here and around. Check out time was 11:00am but they were flexible and extended our check out time to noon without any extra fees.

Yelp
The Tavern Hotel is located in Downtown Old Cottonwood. It is convenient to shopping, dining and wine tasting. The hotel is modern, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Our room had a King bed, mini frig and a patio with 2 chairs and a table. The patio faced the side street which is opposite of the busy Main Street. The bed was comfortable and the walk in shower spacious. Each guest receives a coupon for a free drink at the Tavern Grill and a coupon for $5 off the breakfast menu or complementary continental breakfast at Crema across the street. The restaurant is very popular and we waited 30 minutes for a table. Seating is limited due to the Covid guidelines. The hotel staff was friendly and check in/check out was smooth. There are only a few parking spaces near the lobby however there is a dedicated parking lot around the corner. This was our first stay at the hotel and will definitely consider it for future visits to the area.

Yelp
This place is so charming and right in the center of the downtown area by several tasting rooms, restaurants and shops. We parked and settled in and did not need our car again until we left. The affiliated restaurant was really nice too!

Linda N.

Yelp
This was my third stay and it's a personal favorite. You are treated like royalty. Everyone on the staff is most courteous. The amenities in the tavern cottage are superb. Great location too. I highly recommend and will definitely go back again. Thank you for such a wonderful occasion.

Ron S.

Yelp
Everything was great. Kudos to the Tavern Hotel in a time where service is usually done at a minimum. They are fantastic! Had a wonderful time!

K G.

Yelp
A very attractive hotel with very attentive staff. The room was spacious with a great walk in shower. The pool location was convenient and a private feeling oasis. The location is PERFECT for exploring Cottonwood & the surrounding area. Loved the complimentary cocktails at The Tavern Grill and continental breakfast coupons at Crema (which we used to upgrade to delicious full breakasts!)

Yelp
Lovely and well designed / decorated upscale boutique inn. We spent a night during off season so had a great rate, located in the heart of town, fun and historic. The rooms are really nice, great sleep, decorated and appointed well, nice big modern shower, comfortable beds and simple but important things like a few free waters. Check in was quick and simple, very polite and efficient staff, very clean, not one complaint and would repeat in the future.
google avatar

Nerina B.

Yelp
This hotel is picture perfect. It is so clean and tastefully decorated. It's one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are small, but the comfort of the bed, modern bathroom, quietness, and cleanliness makes up for the size. The front staff are very informative and very nice. It's a small hotel that you will love!

Yelp
Looking for a getaway from the valley ? This is your place ! We decided to book a Sip & Stay package in conjunction with the Verde Canyon Railroad Grape Train Escape as a long weekend to a place that has literally been under our wine snob noses for years ! The Tavern Hotel is cute ; trendy and had to be cleaner than anything I've been to .. well, let's just be honest .. I HAVE BEEN NOWHERE IN MONTHS!! .. But that's what made it even better.. as my first 'outing' in a COVID world .. I have been worried and this place made it worry free and also .. fun and amazing. Cottonwood is a mere 15-20 minute drive from Sedona but I would recommend making this a separate jaunt. Do wine in this area and the rocks of Sedona in another. I'm not your tour guide but ... We did a few nights and could have done one more. We checked in donning masks ; were given the Sip & Stay package details : $50 p night for dining in any of the Haunted Group eateries : Grape; Nics ; Bocce ; The Tavern Grille & Haunted Burger. Under this package we also were entitled to breakfast at Crema each morning ; we like to rise and hike or grab coffee after so we usually never use these things at other hotels as breakfast vouchers need to be used by 9-10am , but this was great because they actually could be used til 200pm and you could use all in one day! We also got 3 tastings per person at : 101 Winery ; Pillsbury; and Burning Tree ... all of which were great ! I'll review them separately, however, because each is unique. We also got two drinks at The Tavern Grille , which is pretty much in the parking lot of the hotel. Our little suite was available and adorned marvelously in modern flair; yellow patio chairs on the patio ; a refrigerator with bottled water; the huge walk in shower ; nice hardwood flooring& pix of yester-year. The owners have taken this once run down village and re-vamped it with cool eateries and The Tavern Hotel and it's a beautiful thing! The parking is ample and safe. You can walk the entire 'strip' from here to taste and since the entire place closes at 10pm.. there is no worry of much happening to you! From the lobby of friendly staff to the walk ways , every little detail is cute as well as being clean and that's important in a COVID world. We loved our getaway here and I've recommended this getaway to at least 3 couples dying to just get away! Can't wait to come back for more !!

Yelp
Although a previous stay at the Tavern Hotel did not meet our expectations we decided to "give it another go" as it can be somewhat unfair to base an experience on a first time visit. Our current stay not only met our expectations, they exceeded them, due to the General Manager, Ryan Petersen, (who is also a "Kiwi") ensured our birthday weekend was special. Our end room on the second floor (#225) had a spectacular view of the mountain range with the sunrise and sunset. The patio was relaxing and quiet. Our "Sip and Stay" package included local wine tastings, and several meals, all within walking distance of the hotel. Thank you Ryan for ensuring our birthday weekend was both memorable and enjoyable. Looking forward to returning soon.

Shelly R.

Yelp
Stayed at the beautiful hotel over 4th of July weekend and it did not disappoint. We booked a two bedroom, cottage for a girls weekend, it has a nice front porch patio with plenty of seating, a full kitchen, and nice open concept. I said I could live there. Hotel was a very short distance from all the tasting rooms and shops. Definitely would stay here again

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about the staff here and I haven't even stepped foot in the building. I booked several rooms online for my family. When our initial plans shifted, I called to update the names so that my family could check themselves in if they arrived before me; it was super simple to update and the staff was wonderfully friendly. Unfortunately, weeks later, a COVID issue came up and we had to cancel our trip the day before. Another call was made to the hotel, and again, was greeted by the friendliest of staff who were comforting and updated/cancelled our reservation without hesitation. While I have not had the pleasure of staying here yet, I can assure you they have gained a lifetime customer! Absolutely fantastic customer service
