Taverna Kostas

A nice restaurant tucked away in the streets of Rhodes. We stopped in for supper and experienced wonderful home cooking and relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. The food was very tasty and we shared a variety of dishes. Definitely try the moussaka, dolmas, and variety of dips. Very tasty!

We visited this beautiful family run restaurant on 3/9/24 after reading very good Google reviews & seeing delicious food photos. It’s been run by the family for over 50 years and you can really tell their heart & souls goes into the food & service provided. It is in gorgeous Rhodes old Town & away from the hustle bustle of restaurants where they are trying to usher you inside. You get good, honest food & service here and it is seriously good value for money! We had so much food & couldn’t believe how reasonable priced it was! We highly recommend you visit there.

Very nice atmosphere and good service. We ordered the greek salad, the fried calamari, the fried feta with honey, and in my opinion the best slow cooked lamb with potatoes which was amazing.

Delicious! Away from the main streets family run taverna since the 1970s. It's small but beautiful inside and very well maintained. Food and service was great. Thanks so much for a delicious meal. Exactly what we needed. Reasonably priced.

Excellent restaurant! Didn’t have a reservation but we were quickly seated by a friendly waiter who took our order promptly. The food came in good time and was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and tasty and the owner checked that we were happy with what we ordered. Really friendly and polite service and I appreciated that there was no one outside the door hassling us to come in! Highly recommend if you are looking for a traditional Greek restaurant

Fantastic Greek food, some of the best we had in our week in Rhodes. The goat was sensational.

We had baked feta with honey as a starter, as a main dish greek salad and moussaka. As a dessert baklava. The food came very fast, the staff was very friendly :)! Amazing food and good prices, definitely worth a visit when in Rhodes!!!

We were looking for a restaurant with authentic Greek food. Greek salad, tzatziki and moussaka. We got exactly what we came for! Delicious food made from scratch, good taste and fresh ingredients. The moussaka was exactly as a moussaka should be. The location of the restaurant is secluded from noise and in a charming alley. You will not go in vain. The waiters were polite and were there immediately. we got a table straight away and they followed up on the order. They keep exactly what they promise.
