I had the pleasure of dealing with Dyan while organizing our stay at Tawa Lodge, and I was truly blown away by the exceptional customer experience she provided. From the very first interaction, Dyan was incredibly warm, generous with her time, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had the best possible experience. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, provide thoughtful recommendations, and make the booking process seamless and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel valued and welcomed before we had even arrived. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and Dyan’s dedication to her guests is a testament to the exceptional service at Tawa Lodge. Our stay at Tawa Lodge was absolutely incredible! The views were breathtaking, and being just a 10-minute walk from both the stunning Oneroa Beach and the charming Oneroa town made it the perfect location.||This was our first trip to Waiheke, and we wanted everything to go smoothly. Luckily, Diana was on the phone when we called. She was an absolute sweetheart, sending us a detailed email with all the bus information and everything we needed to know before arriving.||Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man (sadly, we didn’t catch his name), who showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. To our surprise, there was room service! Every day, the team ensured our room was spotless and provided fresh towels, which was such a nice touch.||We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge shoutout to the entire team at Tawa Lodge—you made our vacation unforgettable! The loveliest cosy little cottage with a deck to the most beautiful ocean views (and native birds everywhere). We didn't opt in for the breakfast, so can't comment on that, but the kitchen (and bathroom) were supplied with all the things you'd hope for (plus a few more!). We are grateful for our stay and will be back. Didn't want to leave. It really has a true Waiheke essence and vibe to it, and while the walk up to Tawa Lodge is quite a steep road, there are native birds, native trees, great views and beautiful houses for you to take in during your walk (and it's a really good work out!) Such a lovely clean place, feels just like home but with amazing views. We were very well looked after, day and night. Cookie the cat and spud the dog down the road at the other lodge where we signed in, we're fantastic hosts even on departure. Thanks for a great time! ❤🧡💛

We stayed in the Studio in Tawa Lodge - high above the trees, with wonderful views over the bay. The Studio is perfect for a rest and seclusion but is a short walk to Oneroa - even closer to Little Oneroa for a swim there. Dyan, your hostess, is hospitality itself. ||||There are a number of options at Tawa Lodge and Punga Lodge - give Dyan a ring and she will advise on the best option for you. ||||Highly recommended for everything. Host was available by phone when we arrived early to drop off bags. The suite was very nice, with a great view

Tawa lodge is up on the hill our room has a great view. We had the self contained cottage with kitchen, shower, toilet, lounge and huge bed (everything you need is there, also a heatpump) . The owner Diane - she is amazingly friendly and helpful, even drove us to Mudbrick. Short walk to main town centre and bus stop is just 2 minutes walk down the hill. Highly recommended.

We stayed in Tawa Lodge for my friends birthday and it was perfect for everything we needed. Close to the bus stop and a short walk into town near restaurants and bars and right by the beach! Dyan was a FANTASTIC host, checking we had everything we needed and advising if we had any problems. ||Thank you for a fantastic stay!
