Clean basic room, and nice building. Right next to the night market, and very affordable at 550 baht ($15).

This place is very reasonably priced. Like $20 usd for the night and that includes a nice little breakfast. We only stayed one night while we were waiting to be picked up. ||The room was clean, it just didnt look clean. The items were older and showed wear. We didnt want to hang out in the room so we went to the night market, which is very close. ||The people were very nice and helpful. We felt welcomed without any issues. The breakfast was simple and good. And I think they serve the same thing every day. If we were staying more than 1 night we likely would have gone out. ||I purposely gave this hotel a 2 star because that is what it is. It is a five star at $20 though!!

The room furnishings and amenities are a little outdated, but nothing out of the ordinary for hotels in this price range. What was out of the ordinary was the speed with which the management fixed a problem with our air conditioner; from the time we notified management to being fully resolved was less than three hours. We told them about it, went to the markets for a bit, and returned to find it replaced with a new unit. The breakfast could be improved, but, again, pretty normal for this price range. Location was good being near the Night Market but far enough away for quiet. I would stay here again.

The rooms are basic, with refrigerator and TV all set up. Airconds are good and bed is firm. Clean but lights a bit dim. Toilet is basic with shower. Price of THB 700 includes a set breakfast. I like Tawan is due to its location near Night Bazaar, Chinatown and Ping River. Affordable, quiet, clean yet functional.

We stayed 3 nights at Tawan Court for the Yee Peng lantern festival due to its convenient location: next to Ping river and within few mins walk to Narawat bridge for lanterns releasing on the night. |The hotel needs some maintenance. A bit run-down but comfortable room size for duluxe twin. Room furnitures are showing their age. The bathroom has no separate shower (just shower curtain). When showering, the whole bathroom floor is wet and cover in water.|Breakfast was very basic.|Staff were helpful and friendly. They also provide airport transfers.|Overall, you get what you pay for. ||

Bicycle friendly. Stayed here based on the recommendation of a friend. Very very close to amenities, eateries and night life thingamajig. Halal street is right around the corner (expensive!) but a few metres away is a large food court + souvenir place so its all good. Room furnishing is a little bit old but its clean, large, with private shower, fridge, AC, hot water, sitting toilet and tv. Fast free wifi too! No complaints. Free breakfast is bread, coffee and tea. Its all good

Mountain Bike friendly, comfortable and affordable hotel. Got mosque in walking distance, and then the food was everywhere and taste good. As a Muslim, kind of Muslim Street was just around the corner. If you are planning for Chiang Mai ride, then this is a suitable place for your headquarters, laid back and food hunting. Lots of night market during the night. Go to a local named 'TrailHead', kind of a good, relaxing coffee shop and mountain biking gears.

Stay there before and is a very basic hotel. Room are clean daily and is quite near to the nite market about 10 mins casual walking pace. No room service, no pool, no toiletries but there is aircon. Love the simplicity of basic living at times.. overall a good experience..👍🏼
