Tbilisi Marriott Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Zero empathy hotel||The toilet stinks every 1-2 hours but they send someone to spray some scents to mask the underlying issue. The staff on the 4th floor confirm that there have been plumbing issues for many days but the hotel doesn't fix it.||When you ask the reception to fix it, they again send someone instead of changing the room.||So much for marriott hospitality!

The rooms and the property are very nice, but the service and the management are really bad, I am not talking about the house keeping, but rather the front desk at the reception to the management and the restaurant staff, this was the worst experience at a Marriott ever, there are no manners whatsoever since you enter the hotel, no one greets you properly or explain anything about the facility or the activities you can do at the property. When you call the reception form your room you will be lucky to get support on time, we had a leak in the shower and had to wait 45 minutes for them to send someone, we had already cleaned the bathroom by ourselves. Last the only restaurant they have is such a mess that you can barely get any assistance.

I loved Tbilisi, especially this hotel! I loved its luxury, its rich history; its helpful, English-speaking staff; the atmosphere in its lounge; its clean and quiet rooms; its breakfast; its restaurant; its location right in the heart of it all; and so much more. Thanks for an incredible stay! It felt like my home away from home.

The hotel has a unique historical feature and belongs to a charming ancient building. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. The Georgian girls are very beautiful and gentle, providing a great travel experience that deserves praise!

Excellent location of the hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. Inspite of facing the main road there was no sound in the rooms. The hotel building has a century old facade with all modern rooms and facilities. Its a very beautiful hotel right on the main road and walking distance to many attractions.

A very nice hotel with excellent service and very friendly staff. Two days before check-in, I noticed a lot of negative reviews; we even considered changing them, but I'm glad we left them as is. The room was clean and bright, same with the bathroom. The breakfasts were okay. From my experience, everyone's experience is the same, and what was there was quite sufficient. You can argue about the price, as I said, everyone's the same when it comes to Marriott-class hotels. The only downside is the weak water pressure in the shower—I wouldn't say it's weak, but I wouldn't call it strong either. The location is very good, even though the hotel is near all the demonstrations area (we were there during the elections, so there were quite a few demonstrations). You can order a very good Negroni at the hotel restaurant. I'll stay there again next time.

Everything here is amazing! I especially love how safe it feels the security is top-notch. Big thanks to Giga from the security team for making my visit even more comfortable and worry-free. Truly a great experience!
